Great staff (except one guy from breakfast who really made us feel uncomfortable), room is big and nice / comfortable - bathroom great too. Easy to park, safe and quiet. Very good breakfast !

Good food at the restaurant too but too repetitive if you stay more than 2 days like us. Expensive wine for Italy and the location …

Rooms, great breakfast, clean.

The hotel is not in the city center. But if you travel by car there is plenty of parking place.

The personnel was really wonderful. Always kind and helpful, really above expectations.

The room was too hot, including during the night. The bathroom lighting too bright, with no lights near the sink, but all from above. The lighting in the whole hotel was all LED of COLD tonality, quite depressing. We suggest to sostitute at least some areas of the hotel with LED in warm tonalities, which are demonstrated to improve mood.

You have to have a car. This hotel is close to Bra, half an hour from Alba and have a free parking space on the street outside. Also there are 2 major supermarkets nearby (Coop and Merkato)..

The AC had a problem and it took them 2 days to fix it. You can only turn on/off but they control the temperature from the lobby and you need to ask them if you need to change it. Beside that, one day we wanted to have few snacks and because of the cold rooms we sit on the lobby (that had a working and warm AC) they have a table and chairs on the side of the lobby so we sit there. The hotel representative told us to go to our rooms to eat although I explain her the problem. A hotel suppos to be a home away from home and to let you feel good on your vacation time. I understand that there are house rules we need to respect but if you have a problem with your facility, the least you can do is to be more patient to your guests and try to offer them a better solution (for example to let us eat on the tables of the lobby, to open the upper flore restaurant table or other options - try to be creative and understanding and don't fight your guests - we are not your enemy)

Very quiet. Good quality beds. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Disappointed

During our two-night stay at the hotel, we encountered several issues. The hotel was fully booked by tourist groups, which prevented them from accommodating our request for a room on the same night as our booking.On the first night, the receptionist was not very welcoming. When we inquired about a better price for a different room, she became annoyed and seemed unable to understand our request. Her facial expression conveyed her annoyance.Despite our request for an upper-floor room on the first night, the hotel did not have any available options. We had specifically asked for an upper-floor room, but the receptionist had advised us to request it prior to booking. However, there was no option for an upper-floor room when we made our initial booking.On the second night, the hotel inadvertently provided us with a double room for guests with assistance, despite our not having requested this accommodation.The breakfast was satisfactory, but we arrived 30 minutes before the hotel closed the breakfast and were not offered any replacements for missing items.

The staff at the dinner restaurant is commendable, professional, and courteous.The maids, too.I was at the hotel for two nights, which were booked separately, so one night is listed here...I booked a superior room. The pictures here were probably taken with a widening lens, but in reality, it was not so big.For three hours, my room and several other rooms had no electricity or lighting. My room was malfunctioning, but the rest of the hotel had electricity. The reception staff did not make an effort to find a solution with the management. They did not offer alternative batteries / mobile lighting, change the room of a guest who had not yet arrived, move me to another hotel, or offer any other solution.They Just wait for an outside electrician to arrive.There was no genuine apology, no compensation, and they made sure to charge me an extra three euros for a bottle of water I ordered.To avoid sitting in the dark, I went to the Jim / swimming pool next door, which offers a 6.5 euro special rate for hotel guests to use the pool.The free parking around the hotel is a bonus.

As many point out, the breakfast needs improvement,There is only one coffee machine,The buffet is small, the vegetables are dry, it seems that the sliced ​​cucumber and the cut fruits are left over from yesterday, There are only hard-boiled and scrambled eggs in the buffetIf you want a soft egg, an omelette or a sunny-side-up egg, you have to pay an extra fee.Orange juice is also with an additional charge,Although the hotel has four stars, and not cheap at all.

Breakfast is realy good, they have a lot of options for everyone, even some gluten free options. Room was ok and parking is either free (in front of the hotel) or paid (basement parking/10 EUR a night) which both are good options, is pretty much up to what you want.

Bathroom wasn't great: a 4 star hotel should have a better bathroom. Shower was a nightmare. It had these showers that use a hose connection and it just kept falling off. Bed is a little bit on the firm side.

Very nive business hotel with very friendly personnel and small bonuses in rooms, which are always pleasure!

TV is old. They should change it to smart TV.

Price was good for the accommodation.

The shower was a bit narrow and the location was a bit in the middle of nowhere.

The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. Extremely clean rooms and hotel. The underground safe parking a benefit. However out on the streets there’s free parking in a safe location.

Location wasn’t in the town centre, however would definitely stay here again as a base.

A top hotel with large air conditioned rooms. Full facilities including underground parking for a motorcycle. Breakfast good and plentiful. Would recommend

Super helpful staff. Large, clean and very silent room. There was even a big enough parking for our rather tall car. Very nice detail!

Breakfast is very nice

No air-conditioning! When we mentioned it, we were told that they dont turn it on when the weather isnt so warm and to open the windows. This would have been valuable info beforehand as we live in the Caribbean and are used to a cool temperature to keep well.

Poor

No facilities. Spa is closed, gym is closed. To make coffee in the room, they only provide paper cups without even the spoon. No water bottle. The remote of the tv didn't work. Its definitely not even a 2 stars experience hotel let alone 4!

It is a very well maintained hotel and is very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful with all questions. Room had all amenities including toiletries, tea/ coffee maker. Our room had a spa bath which we also enjoyed - bath salts were provided in the room. The bfast was also very nice and quite abundant with a choice of sweet and savory dishes and all types of beverages. A big plus is their underground parking which is super safe and is connected directly to the hotel.

We picked this last minute to get away for a night. Very friendly lady on reception who was really kind and helpful. Great big room and bathroom The spa bath was enjoyed by our daughter Generous breakfast buffet
