Very well situated and very kind and helpful staff

Was a little surprised that the office was closed for 2 hours for lunch.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Giardini. It is like a family-owned hotel where all the staff are super friendly and make you feel at home. My room was very clean and well maintained while the building itself was a bit aged. Coffee they prepared after breakfast was one of the best I had. It was a bit of walk, like 10 mins, from the station. I will definitely come back if I get a chance to visit Bra again.

I couldn't bear the smell in the room and the noise from outside, I had to leave

although the owner / host was a kind person, the room was smelly, noise from the park outside of teenagers throwing fireworks and a overall feeling of this is really bellow expectation for 70euros a night. the floor of the room was very dirty with hair leftovers and sticky feeling. i'm sorry but I can't recommend. i'm also disappointed from booking recommendation rateing this place 8.5 is really cheating.

Our third stay in this pleasant well located hotel. I am sure we will be back.

This is a 3 star hotel, and as such is basic, but was so much better than expected. Rooms spacious, super clean, comfortable, quiet and efficient air conditioning, good water pressure and wonderful, jolly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, with fresh pastries. We were able to park out the back of the hotel and is it easy walking distance in to the centre of town.

The bar had everything but gin!!!!

Family run hotel in a great location, the center of town is a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the breakfast was excellent and with a lot of choices. Everybody was really kind and attentive!

Fantastic hotel with convenient parking. Fantastic location - we could walk to some excellent bars and restaurants. We are already planning a repeat visit. Even though the market was setting up early in the morning, the room was very quiet.

The location is perfect as it is in the center of Bra.

Our room smelled very strongly of cigarettes which was terrible. However, i have heard from colleagues that other rooms do not smell, it seems we were unlucky! Considering the amazing cuisine of the region, the breakfast is quite disappointing and could be improved

Friendly staff, good location and perfect breakfast.

The staff were really friendly. After 2 weeks in France we were really happy to have good service from lovely people who welcomed us. Unlike in France. They made an extra effort for our daughter which she was really happy about.

The reception area was lovely, very original and period and suggested good quality furnishing, however the bedroom was 1970's styled furnishing and felt very dated. Such a shame because the bathroom was excellent with good quality fittings.Dining room felt it needed a coat of paint to brighten it up. Breakfast was ok but not as good as many we have encountered during many stays in Italy. Location is excellent as its a very easy walk to shops, bars, restaurants. Staff were polite and friendly.

Bedroom was dated and area did need a refresh.
