Great medical service, professional, friendly, they really care about guests.

Food and most of the restaurant staff.

The medical offer is a good option for healthcare, the nurses and other hotel staff are nice, but the doctors could be more friendly and helpful. The apt was renovated and nice but they can fix and solve the small stuff that are obvious.

I liked the natural setting and the views

The breakfast and dinners were uninspired and lacked variety. In general, the dinners were even cold.

The facilities are good but rather dated compared to normal western standards needs a good cash injection to modernise the entire centre as it’s stuck in the 1980sShowers were always hot with good pressure

Too much food served for a ‘health’ centre, I read other reviews where they mentioned rude staff or cleaners entering the private room,unfortunately it’s true as we also experienced this more than once A lot of the food is also old just reheated every new day A lot of cigarette smoke in the hallways Elevators that don’t work properly sometimes taking you up to level 6 even if you were going down from another level Rude cleaners that’s talk to you ,asking if they can enter your room instead of just quietly doing their jobHaurdersser is rather expensive Old beds and medical equipment from pre 1990Buffet can be crowded with many people leaning into food trays and losing hair from arms etc into the foodThe Main Street has changed since few years ago and now EVERY night so you can hear loud techno music from nearby restaurants which won’t help you if you came here to rest ?Parking can be restricted if you get there on a bad dayMade a couple of complaints to the front desk about the cleaners but I’m sure they didn’t do anything Male masseur massaged my mum she was very bruised and sore for several days ?

Everything was really nice, very clean and the food portions are really delicious and big. Excellent stuff and very professional.

Lack of good practitioners and Phisiotherapist. It should be on the better level and it doesn’t fill the value for the extra money.

VERY professional stuff and super clean room. Excelent breakfast/dinner buffet style with lots of to choose from. Excelent location.

Some update of building in general would be welcome. It is very clean, just a bit dated.

Great location in the center, very friendly and helpful stuff. Nice spa center and if you need medical center. Never crowded in spa.

Our room was great: comfy bed, great bathroom with heated floors, the view and general set up. Also, the pool area and sauna were clean, although the water was a bit chilly for kids. Staff was nice..we got later checkout at our request with no extra charge.

The variety of food in the restaurant was not that good. Also, the policy of no children under twelve in the yellow building thermal spa (which we were not informed about beforehand)
