Grand Hotel Osman

Hotel is very beautiful, rooms are large and with fitted carpet . Parking big and safe. Dinner and breakfast were delicious . Staff very smart .

Many items on the menu in restaurant were not available. Tv stations were not available/not working and there was no technician to assist

Outside area Helpful staff1 night stay so it was convenient for us to stop there.

Good room and hotel with location convenient to sleep at a trip from north Italy to Sicilia. The restaurant have just a few options but with good quality.

Room & bed were nice.

The pool & hot tub weren't open. The woman who checked us in said just go down one level to access the pool. We went down one level and walked around in the dark to find the pool & hot tub with water but obviously not in service. We were told the next day that the pool was closed. This should have been stated on the website. The bathroom floor tile was slick and I slipped & fell coming out of the tub. I injured my knee, elbow & shoulder. I informed the staff in the morning. The front desk man said "sorry" but offered nothing more. I told what looked like a manager who also apologized and gave me 2 of the 6 Ibuprofen that he had. It seemed that they should have at least taken a report of the incident and offered to have me looked at by a medical doctor. The egg dish was cold. My shoulder hurts the most but I am hoping it will heal if I rest it, if not then I will see a doctor when I get back home to the US. Also the bathroom sink was cracked.

Good location for travel between the south and Naples airport.

Wasn’t clear about the restaurant or pool details and breakfast could be better quality (glasses for juice for example)

Ideal location for an overnight stop on return to Naples.

Not really a 4 star hotel. Perhaps it was once but not any more. Breakfast was disappointing!

Affordable hotel, good for a quick sleep before continuing your trip

Run down hotel, had to kill a big cockroach that came out of nowhere, strange smell in the room.

Bad

Avoid. Not a 4* hotel.- There was a strange odour in the room.- The room had not been cleaned properly, there were cobwebs found on the walls and on the ceiling.- There are cracks on the walls along with water stains, the room in general is not in good condition. - We have booked a king room but the bed is not a king or double bed but just two single beds pushed together. - The aircon was noisy making a rattling sound when on. - The soap holder in the bathroom was chipped and there was a big crack on the shower floor.- The fixtures in the bathroom were also loose and the door was difficult to lock.- We found hair lodged in the shower tray, so it seems that the bathroom had also not been properly cleaned.- The breakfast was poor (€6 each). The bread and pastries were stale. There were no milk or bowls for cereal and only instant coffee was included with breakfast. It was bad quality coffee and we could not drink it, in order to have acceptable quality coffee we had to pay extra.When we brought this to management's attention on the day after our first night stay, we received stares from the front desk staff as we walked through the foyer. I’ve attached their response in the photos, but essentially no resolution offered. They commented that the stale coffee was for a "group of Poles" and that we made a "very cheap reservation from Booking which does not include breakfast or swimming pools". It was not a cheap reservation, it was for a king room at a 4* hotel. They tried to explain away the issues with the air conditioning by saying that the room was not cooling down as it was hot outside. Clearly, it was an issue they were aware of. Terrible customer service. Didn't want to hear the issues when brought up at checkout.

Nothing it is NOT a 4 star hotel it is a dirty cigarette smelling worn out place that i refused to stay in once seeing the place in real life

Room was good and staff were excellent but overall the hotel is a little "tired".

Extremely convenient and super close to the motorway. Very comfortable and we have stayed here about 5 times prior.

Pros: 1. The staff are amazing! My husband and I are not really “eat at 8pm people” and the opened the restaurant at 6:30 just for us. the service and food were lovely.2. The location is perfect for one night between Sicily and Rome. 3. Decent and easy parking. That says a lot for Italy!

Con:1. The room was comfortable, but by American standard’s definitely a Red Roof/Days Inn from the 60’s or 70’s. if you want fancy, this isn’t it. BUT, it is clean! It was actually a bit fun. There’s an old fashion hair dryer attached to the wall in the bathroom!

Location near the highway, it can be a good option if you need to rest for a night. The decoration is a bit old fashion but the room is comfortable and clean. We did not try the restaurant or the breakfast.

A bit overpriced for the the commodities

Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. Nice setting of dinner around the pool.

Pity the pool closes at 19h. Dinner was served a bit chaotically; probably the waiter - who reminded me of Manuel in Fawlty Towers - was having a bad day... Staff speaks very little outside Italian

Exceptional

The staff of the hotel was very friendly. i cannot say the same about the staff of the restaurant. They were very few people on the hotel and we got to the restaurant at 21:00 while the restaurant closes at 22:00. Probably they wanted to go home early these way the waiter got little frustrated. Also they have to take more care on the heating in the rooms before guests get to it. Overall is OK to stay at this hotel, I will still suggest it.

Easy access while traveling. My husband and I came upon this hotel by chance while traveling to Sicily and were extremely impressed. The staff was very welcoming. The restaurant food was delicious. We will make it a point to return there the next time we’re in Italy.

There was a party outside, so we could not sit outside for dinner.Music was till in the night. Was not big problem.Breakfast - Eggs were very grey/ blue. Boiled to hard.
