Perfect location in villfranka..staff were so nice .rooms were spotless clean .will definitely stay here again .

A huge concrete ugly building No atmosphere. Basic room facilities. Insufficient bedding. No towel hanging hooks.The basin plug didn't work.

For one night-yes, in the center, lots of shops, cafeteria and other places, nice personal. Underground parking, for parking you can pay at the hotel.

Not quiet place, some things was broken.

The professional competence at the reception of the hotel. The support given was effective and always with an excellent communication with the client. Very good indeed.

At the area on the exterior it was not safe, after dinner.

Rooms were minimalistic - which was fine - didn't spend lots of time in them. Clean, comfortable, no extra bathroom amenities - fine with us. The location - PERFECT! Could not have been better! Saturday market right nearby. Tourist Information center right nearby. Restaurants right nearby. Breakfast available and good - eggs, bacon, sausage, bakery items, fruit, yogurt - everything we wanted.

Good location in nice area of Vilafranca, quiet despite being in the centre. It's a basic, clean hotel with a decent breakfast as part of the price. Don't expect any luxury!

Heating didn't seem to warm up the room, toilet was a bit hit and miss flushing, shower water kept turning extremely hot.

Super location - straight onto the street for lots of shops, life and restaurants etc. Quiet - despite location it was very quiet. Good breakfast, quite a lot of choice. Very pleasant receptionist with excellent French who also made is a tea although the bar was closed when we came in .

Sadly, I slept badly because the bedding was so poor. Very thin duvet, thin pillow. The mattress was averagely ok but I developed backache in the night. The pillow gave no support. But I was cold and that prevented me sleeping . I got a blanket down from the cupboard but that was thin too and didn’t help much. It was December. Thin bedding is acceptable in summer but Spain is not particularly warm at night in winter. Sorry to say this as otherwise hotel was fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially at reception

Very late breakfast ( Sunday). People travelling still have schedules to keep to. A bit of a hassle to sort out the parking. Advance notice of what to expect would have been time saving.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Reception desk staff were really friendly. Breakfast was simple but decent.

The hotel was very noisy. People taking a shower in the room above you created a lot of noise as if someone was filling a hot air balloon. Our room looked out on a street at the side of the hotel which was also pretty loud. The bed was a bit wobbly. It's decent but dated hotel...

This is an old hotel right in the middle of town. Clean, friendly staff, good size rooms

The location was right in the middle of town, just off the Rambla where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Underground parking was fairly priced at 9E and it was quiet overnight.Breakfast was good and fresh

The square in front of the hotel was rather scruffy and the local lads use the car park access as a toilet

In May I stayed there for my honey moon with all my family coming from abroad. The lift wasn't working and the air conditioner was off. It was working but because even though it was really hot those days, and the receptionist were also struggling with the hot temperatures, the director of the hotel. didn't want to switch it on until mid June/July. I would have changed the hotel because I was really annoyed having in mind that you recommend this hotel to all your relative: however all that happened once we were there. Even though We had booked 7 rooms, the director decided not to do anything regarding our complaints.
