Breakfast is quite limited but the quality of the food is very good.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, and a very nice and welcoming staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us with travel and dinning recommendations, all were excellent.

Good location with easy overnight parking.We were upgraded to a very large room.Bed and bedding were good.

Room and bathroom vanity area was a bit dark. And, we were unable to turn only the light in bathroom area without also turning all the other lights on. Slight inconvenience that we couldn't find any power outlets near bed.

Great location in town. Room and bathroom spacious, clean, comfortable and well designed. Peaceful and quiet. Breakfast exceptional. Parking arrangements excellent.

Felt a little out-of-season - not much life and no-one at reception when we arrived at 3pm. Had to telephone to get in. Few staff, but all very helpful, efficient and friendly.

Central location

Parking was 23 euro per day. But directly opposite

Room locations were fine. The rooms were very clean.

The doors are very hard to open and need to clear the flooring, the toilet room door only opened a quarter of the way and then gets stuck. The door handles are ridiculously designed for opening doors that already stick. Options for charging multiple devices are limited. I had to choose to unplug the light by the bed to charge while using my laptop. Two nice chairs were nowhere near outlets. The lights were very difficult to turn on/off with the switches sticking or not functioning properly.

The service was very good. Rooms were clean, the bed extra good, breakfast quite good.

Only thing that really wasn't working was the lights, the system was a total mess.

Excellent location and helpful staff. Very clean.

Switching the lights on and off was quite a program everytime, so a basic level instruction guide to that would come handy. Also a fridge and possibly a coffee maker would be great addition to the room. Especially that tap water is from warm to hot, thus drinking cold enough water is quite a challenge in summer heat.

The bed was very low and close to the wall so it was hard to get out of when you have 2 new knees.The TV is poorly positioned and only Spanish channels.Shower lukewarm.It is grossly overpriced

The location is perfect. Room is spacious enough for 2 persons and it was very clean.

The lack of storage

Cosy rooms, Great helpful team. Hotel located just on the center of the town. Paid parking 15 meters from the hotel.

Location, design and comfort. gorgeous refurbish 1880’s building with parking across the street if you are driving to explore the vineyards

people complain about the lighting system we asked for instructions and then it was simple

Great shower and room temperature control. Very much updated and modern furniture and room. Our room had a schoolyard view which at time s had children playing loudly but this is something my wife and I enjoy.

It seemed the staff could have been more friendly.

The room was spacious and very modern. The personnel was very friendly. The toilet was apart from the shower and rest of the bathrooms which was very convenient.

The light switches: even though we are highly educated we couldn’t figure out how they worked.There were not plugs to charge our phones close to the bed.I think the hotel was too expensive for what it offered.
