Room was comfortable. Good sized.

No bathtub in room. EV charging station was not controlled and person driving petrol suv decided to keep their car parked there. Housekeeping broke down my room prior to my checkout. Pool was locked after opening hours so had to remind reception.

Excellent hotel, everything was perfect, the staff, rooms and food. Very clean and the location is also great. We are definitely coming back.

The front office staff were exceptional. I particularly want to mention Peter who went out of his way to help us when my partner was not feeling well and she needed to see a doctor. The hotel is very well situated and is in easy walking distance to the Old Town of Budva. There is also ample parking in the hotel.

My only suggestion for improvement would be the room service menu. Because my partner was not feeling well I had to order room service for dinner. The room service menu is very limited and about the only option for me was to order a hamburger.

We stayed as a family of 5 with three teenagers, and it was perfect. We had two rooms on the same floor, which worked out great for us. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds and a great shower. Parking was convenient (for an extra cost). The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the old city via the promenade and just a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach (though we didn’t go there, we preferred going to the beaches outside of Budva). We didn’t use the car within Budva, as traffic was heavily congested. We enjoyed the rooftop pool (not very big, but quiet and never crowded) and the free vouchers for the other Iberostar hotel’s private beach with sunbeds and parasol (~20 minutes’ walk / ~5 minutes’ drive). We didn’t use other facilities like the spa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay that fully met our expectations

It was excellent, everything was to my expectations . The staff, the pool , pool bar, food was just great. Everyone at the hotel was just wonderful and helpful. Loved everything and would recommend it highly to anyone. The room was large and very comfortable, so was the balcony with the sea view. I will certainly go back to Iberostar Hotel! I have zero complaints.

There is nothing that I didn’t like

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we were denied check-in simply because one member of our group presented a valid driver’s license instead of a passport. Mind you, this was not stated clearly in any booking confirmation or policy beforehand.The staff were not only unhelpful but incredibly rude and dismissive. Rather than trying to resolve the issue or offer any alternatives, they treated us with an attitude that was both unprofessional and, quite frankly, disrespectful.As a travel blogger, I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, and this was one of the worst first impressions I’ve encountered. Hospitality should be about flexibility, clear communication, and treating guests with respect - none of which we experienced here.Word of mouth matters, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on how poorly we were treated.

Super friendly staff. We had some minor issues with the room and they were really helpful. They really want you to have a great stay. The pool on the roof top has a beautiful view of the city. Spa is also great, if you can, definitely book a massage there. Therapist Faruk really knows his job. We definitely recommend the hotel.

TV did not work.

We had an amazing stay! We booked two rooms for one night and were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to two luxurious suites.The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Everything was super clean and well maintained.There’s convenient parking available (for an additional fee).The staff was absolutely wonderful – especially Marina and Jelena, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and Djordje, who gave us great recommendations and helped us plan our route around the area.Highly recommended!

It's one of the best hotels. I will definitely stay there again whenever I am in Montenegro. Friendly staff and spacious rooms . Walking distance to Old Town. Everything is nearby

There was construction going on next to the hotel

Upon our arrival, the hotel upgraded our room and we received a spacious room with an amazing view. The receptionist, Suzana, was kind and attentive — we truly felt she was there for us, helping with everything we needed while traveling with a small baby.Also the pool is amazing ?

The hotel was generally very professional and very good. They offered us drinks when we entered the hotel. The hotel is already flashy and stylish. The rooms are big and comfortable. Although we did not choose a sea view, one side of our room had a sea view and the other side had a Mountain View. Everyone working there was polite, helpful and smiling. The breakfast was very good. We walked everywhere, the location is good. I definitely recommend it.
