Everything was clean and beautiful. I loved the room. It felt very luxurious

The shower had so much pressure and wasn’t constructed well and there was water all the way into the room for just a short shower

Large room, modern and clean, free parking. Swimming pool was small but of satisfactory size and there were adequate sunloungers. The room had a nice balcony, suitable for sitting and reading.

The breakfast was average. The fresh food was fine but the bread of poor quality, only suitable for toasting. Bacon was only available on 2 (of 7) days, on other days this was beef & pork sausages. The fried eggs were served on a slice of the toasting bread and unappetizing. The room was cleaned every day but used drinking glasses were not always replaced.The hotel was not easy to find as it is up a dog-legged cul-de-sac, why was there no sign at the start of the cul-de-sac?

Good hotel. Good room. Good location, close to shops, beach, bus station. Quiet place. Needs a little cosmetic repair, but these are minor things. Nothing prevented me from enjoying my vacation. I liked everything. I didn't have time to swim in the pool, I'll have to try it next time. Thank you!

The hotel itself is situated in a great location, the breakfast was standard and as you would expect but was available in full every morning, they never ran out and was constantly topping it up. the service and the staff was great, very friendly and incredibly helpful

Maybe abit more variation to the breakfast, but for the price there really wasn't much to complain about. I didn't find the pool that welcoming, but you are in close proximity some very nice beaches and entertainment.

While the hotel's location was a bit distant from Budva's old town, the exceptional staff more than made up for it. The team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay, providing excellent service and invaluable help. Their dedication and friendliness significantly enhanced our overall experience, making the extra travel time to the old town feel like a minor inconvenience. If you value outstanding customer service and don't mind being slightly removed from the historic center, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Breakfast was great, the room was clean and cozy. The staff was polite and eager to help. Really loved the location and overall facilities.

We didn't like that the pool area didn't have enough sun beds for this number of residents. Only 4 sunbeds were available, so it was impossible to rest there

Rooms oddly furnished. Hotel pretty basic. Breakfast was reasonably extensive but none of it tasted any good. The coffee was appalling.

A huge, well-equipped room with a large balcony (5th floor) and a view of the city and a bit of the sea. There is parking at the hotel and in this congested city it is a big advantage. good breakfast A large and luxurious shower

Access on foot to the hotel is not nice. The hotel is located at the end of a 150 meter long dead end road.

The size of the room. Bathroom.

It was stated that there is a kettle in the room. But there was no kettle and getting it turned out to be a problem, since, according to the workers, they are constantly "fighting" for a kettle for guests. "So few kettles and so many guests".Is it really possible that a 4-star hotel that specifies that it provides a kettle in the room can’t afford to buy some kettles? ... and avoid a constant "fight" over which customer gets the kettle and avoid the ridiculous situation.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area. Room size was great and staff very friendly. The pool area, while not big, was very nice and kept spotlessly clean, as was the hotel in general.I enjoyed the two nights I had there.Parking on site is a bonus.

Finding the hotel could be a bit tricky.

The hotel is located in the center of Budva, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. There is a bus station nearby.We had a room on the 5th floor and had a nice view of the city. The hotel is quite simple, but worth the money. The rooms are ordinary, everything is quite clean.The staff is very friendly, many speak Russian. The hotel has an underground parking lot.The breakfasts were good for a small hotel.

The Wi-Fi in the room worked poorly, it didn't work on the balcony at all, the hotel should fix it.The water in the pool was uncomfortably cold.

We had the three bedroom suite for 4 nights.Suite was very clean.Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.Amazing view and big terrace.Service is friendly and hospitable.

One of the showers leaked and flooded the bathroom each shower. The technician was unable to fix. Towel heaters not working and unable to fix. Only 1 key for the unite. Breakfast was the same each morning and with poor coffee. We paid additionally for professional machine coffee.Hard to find the first time, especially with a car.

Location of the hotel is nice, you can walk to everywhere. Staff was friendly and the room was just so nice.

Tv in my room did not have Netflix whereas my friends room did. Not a huge problem!

The hotel in general was very good. The breakfast was satisfying, the staff were nice and the room was comfortable and spacious.Just couple of minutes walking to anywhere in the city.

We ordered the room with the jacuzzi, looking forward to enter, it was all dirty and cold.We asked to change the water but they told us it will take a day for the jacuzzi to be ready. After a day the jacuzzi did'nt work at all. It was cold and also ELECTRIFYING!! The staff did'nt care much. So DON'T USE IT, you can hurm yourself.

Our room had a large balcony with hot tub, sun loungers and great view. Friendly and helpful staff in the hotel from the receptionist to cleaners to waiters. Good breakfast with choice of hot or cold food and cereals and yoghurt. We had dinner in the hotel one night and the meal was excellent.

There would have been more privacy in our room if one of the bedrooms could have been separated from the living area perhaps with sliding doors.

The staff was very helpful! The hotel is very nice and have a great value for money.

The breakfast was almost the same all days, we stayed 4 nights so it was quite boring on the 3rd and 4th days..
