    Pros +

    • Pool, close to Becici Beach, kitchen facilities
    • Lovely views, two very nice pools, spacious apartment, comfortable and clean and very helpful and friendly staff.
    • We were absolutely delighted with this accommodation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, spoke great English and seemed genuinely interested in making us happy. The resort has excellent facilities, well appointed rooms and two great pools. It is sited up an incline which gives it great views of the bay, and thus obviously gives you a slope to walk up and down to the beach, but this is not arduous - it is an 8-10 minute walk up or down, and takes you past a well provisioned grocery store and a great burger "joint". The area is quiet - a nice reprieve from the busyness of Budva. There are delightful walks up the hill - we loved the walk to the old Olive tree (although I confess we drove to it- then walked around it...) which gave us astounding views and a wonderful, peaceful walk around the beautiful Montenegrin countryside. This was our first time in this country and we were totally satisfied - the holiday gave us everything we wanted. Sun, culture, exciting activities for our teenage children (and us..), great hotel facilities, very reasonable prices, and friendly locals. Booking things was super easy and the euro is the de facto currency here. A real high point was visiting St Nicholas Island - absolutely stunning surroundings! We are already planning a return journey to Montenegro and would be perfectly happy to stay at the Spa Resort again. The hinterland is also so rich and interesting - Budva old town was beautiful (new town = party town...), Tivat was also beautiful - the Marina at Porto Montenegro was "affordably luxurious" for a final meal, after visiting the Monastery on Prevlaka island, by the airport, which was beautiful and peaceful.

    Cons -

    • The pet policy should be revisited. They are listed as pet friendly and as soon as you make the booking they are sending an auto email explaining the pet stay prices, which is 15 eur per pet per night. It is quite expensive for Western Balkan norms, and I didn’t think my dogs weight can be an issue after I accepted this amount but when we arrived they told me that they are not accepting dogs over 20 kg, which was a bit shocking and they did me a “favor” as accepting my dog for a double price. So we paid 30 eur per dog per night, food and day care not included :)
    • Honestly, we liked everything about the Spa resort and the area. Leaving Tivat airport was chaotic (get there in good time before your flight) but that was relatively typical of a small airport in a developing tourist area. Driving is a little "hairy" with many hills and interesting driving styles, but we drove 3 days out of the 7 without a hitch.
    • Shower ran cold sometimes. Long climb up the hill.

It was clean. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable of the area. Good facilities ( 2 pools and pizza restaurant).

Shower ran cold sometimes. Long climb up the hill.

The hotel has beautiful and clean swimming pools. The food was good, the kids liked it. The staff was nice and helpful.

Our apartment was old and a bit tired looking. The rooms are very impractically furnished, there are no wardrobes or nightstands. The carpets were old, the bathroom was narrow, the toilet did not flush. At 8:00 in the morning, the pool bar music was started, which was quite loud. We asked to play the music an hour later so he could sleep at least until 9:00.

The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the beach, though the uphill walk back might be challenging for some. The staff were helpful, and the spacious, clean apartments with towels and great pools were perfect. Enjoyed the large terrace.

The WiFi was terrible. The steep uphill access is challenging for those with mobility issues or anyone unfit; it's best to take a taxi back from the beach.

The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the manager gave me a bunch of restaurants to try; that she recommended. The ones that I went to were very good. I would have no problem staying here again.

Location, facilities, layout of the premises. Hygene was good and parking easy and secure

Although the staff new their job/duties and were efficient, only one person out of a few could speak English. The kitchen couldn't even understand cardinal numbers (like: 1 omelette + 1 capuchino, instead of 2 omelettes + 2 capuchinos). Basic English is all tourists want in these scenarios.

Nice size rooms, Clean, Good Facilities.

Staff & owner were not welcoming, kids in pool for 30 mins told off twice for being too loud at 2.30pm, yet others were not approached, and the owner chose to be horrible to the kids rather than approach us as parents, on arrival whilst waiting for room told to move 23kg case in midday sun rather that staff member take a side step to walk round, ignored for drinks whilst waiting to check in, very large hill for access not easy for people unfit (we were ok) or anyone struggling with mobility, building work surrounding apartments but luckily not noisy, TV not connected ok for us but not if you want access.

huge room more like a house, great pool, polite and unobtrusive service, which solved all issues quickly and without personal explanations. pets allowed )))

to walk up from the beach to the house on foot you have to be an athlete))) it's better to take a taxi

    Up a steep hill.

We really liked the attention given to us by the staff of the complex. Upon arrival on Saturday evening, we were met at the airport, stopped at the supermarket for groceries (shops are closed on Sunday), helped to buy a SIM card, upon arrival at the complex, they showed us and told about what places you can visit. Throughout our stay, we were treated excellently! They also gave access to the gym in the neighboring complex, as their gym was under renovation. Cleaned 2 times a week (we lived for 1 month). A wonderful location, although for the first couple of days the climb up the hill was like a warm-up to the gym, and if you have a car, then you don’t pay attention to such moments. In general, the stay was amazing! Highly recommend!

Lilly and Mischa were outstanding and we’re very helpful - both of these people require a special mention because they went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. The pool was good and the rooms were spacious. There is sufficient parking.

The restaurant is not open and there are no refreshments (drinks or food) available after breakfast e.g. 10am. The only shop is about 100m away down a very steep slope. Cleaning is not daily, beds only changed once in 12 days, The breakfast is below standard (nothing like the pictures). if your looking for an apartment with access to two pools you won’t be disappointed.

We came to Budva for a short business trip so we're just looking for a quite and a cozy place to sleep over. waking up to an amazing sea view, having our breakfast and coffee enjoying the tranquility and calmness of a home was the right way to start our day. owner was so kind to allow us a late check-out so we could relax and rest before our trip.A therapeutic or a relax massage performed by a professional masseuse was the highlight of our day and the entire trip. They made us want never to leave...Also, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanness, tidiness and professionalism conducted in this place.
