Staff went above and beyond to accomodate us , made us feel very welcome , loved the family feel to the hotel , especially the breakfast lady a total gem , hard worker , always a step ahead of us to make sure breakfast was to our satisfaction
The walls were paper thin in the rooms I woke a number of times with noise coming from the rooms eg opening of wardrobes , shower use , footsteps etc
Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, good wifi, perfect pool temperature.
My bathroom was stinky, it looks like some piping issues and they provide and deodorizer. Wasn’t a bug problem for just a single night.
Well maintained small scale hotel with a very pleasant outdoor pool. Our room was very clean and the room terrace was big. They also have a nice ( concrete ) tennis court.
The room is not very spacious and the bathroom is simply small. Bathroom amenities are not replaced when empty. Breakfast is ok but the same every day with not much variation. We lost a roomkey ( plastic access card ) and they charged us 20 Euro.
Friendly staff, and nice that there is a parking space. There was an AC and window shutters, which made the stay much more comfortable.
The walls are kinda thin, but then again - for the price, it was more than okay, in general.
Lovely pool. Big room for a family. Great breakfast.
Powercuts in area.
Honestly, we only liked the location. The hotel is half way from Budva to Tivat.
Our bed was very uncomfortable. The bed is ready to be written off. It woke me up several times during the night. The hotel states that it has parking, but we needed to park the car on the street. Staff didnt even take into account my commemnts. The breakfast includes egs, sausage, some juice and staff from the supermarket. Honestly, i would prefer breakfast at some other place. There was no option for me to get the traditional coffee, only instant coffee (bad one).
Overall our stay in this hotel has been pleasant. The hotel seems to have lost one star (from 4 to 3), as you can see that at some places the 4th star has simply been coverted/hidden. Yet, you can still "feel" that the hotel has some 4-star facilities like an own tennis court and the (not so big) swimming pool. The hotel is easy to access, the car park is free and has enough places. The personnel was very friendly.
The biggest issue, although that is also partly our own fault, is that the hotel is located in the Budva MUNICIPALITY, not in the Budva city. When we booked the hotel, we filtered the word Budva and only when arriving did we notice that the hotel was 20 minutes away from the city by car. When out-zooming our GPS app, the word "Budva" also appears but it actually refered to the municipality; we did only notice the coincidance once we arrived at the hotel. If you plan to stay in Budva city, I would not recommend this hotel as it is too far away without a car and finding a parking spot in Budva city (in August) turned out to be very complicated. The last bus to/from the city is around 20h00, costs about 1,50€ and is about 10 minutes walking-distance away from the hotel. However, compared to European buses, the ones in Budva municipality are way smaller (around 15 seats only). However, if you plan to stay calm outside of the city stress, the hotel’s location turns out to be an excellent location.Additionnally, two "small" points could be improved: the air conditionning in our room was leaking, the expiry date of the bathroom shampoo and bath foam amendities had expired (although I hope no one drinks shampoo…). Overall our stay in this hotel has been ok for two nights.
The apartment hotel is just a walking distance to good restaurants and grocery.
The swimming pool is too small. The apartment is not well cleaned. We found several broken glass on the floor after we checked in. The refrigerator is dirty. The bedroom should have its own airconditioner because its too warm at night time. The stairs are good to keep one healthy but its a disaster if you have a heavy luggage.
Nice place to stay some days. Breakfast are good, rooms are large and the pool is very useful in summer days.
The location was good and peaceful in comparison to the busy city centre of Budva. A car is necessary though because it is not really close to the centre or to the beach. The room was clean and looked like the pictures online. The pool was nice.
The bathroom had a weird smell sometimes. The breakfast was good but they told us it was open until 10h. However if you arrive at 9h30 some things will not be refilled and they won’t make coffee anymore at that time. If you want to enjoy full breakfast you better go early.
The staff are friendly and helpful, willing to answer any question. The hotel is well maintained and clean.Breakfast was quite good. There was a variety of food offered. It's located in a quiet area, but still close to the main road.
It's a three story hotel, and it's understandable that it doesn't have a lift, but it would be more convenient if it had one.
Excellent breakfast, large room ,comfortable bed, quiet place, beautiful pool area , excellent restaurant within easy walking distance, easy parking
The pool is very nice, clean and currently the only benefit in this hotel. Also, the reception employees are very polite. Thank you guys! ?
Breakfast is close to average, limited options and some days not even fresh. Because of its location, you should be OK with bats ? in your room and hotel will recommend you to shut your doors and windows. Perfectly (not) normal. ??
The staff were very friendly, the cleanliness and the breakfast were excellent.
my biggest problem was finding the hotel as there is no sign on the road showing the location and this makes it difficult for those who arrive at night and the air conditioning in the room we were left without air conditioning in the unbearable heat ok the reception wanted to change it but it was 2 in the morning and when We went in and it was already having trouble turning on, could we change the air vents to more up-to-date one.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Many thanks to the receptionist Ivana
There was no elevator and the refrigeration was not working at full capacity
Small hotel. Friendly staff. Surprisingly calm despite being 200m from a big road. Great value for money. Makes a good base for exploring the region if you have a car. Easy parking.
Did not try breakfast as we left early.
We were a big group so it will depend by the rooms.A big plus for the pool, the late check in, the breakfast and for the parking.
In some rooms the ac was not working properly and due to the fact that the windows are not having nets for bugs, you can imagine that in the summer it’s not going to be very pleasant ( but you can close the drapes). It’s a bit far from the city and in the main hours, the taxi’s are very expensive ( because you are stuck)
