Good location of the hotel, all you might need is around (shops, restaurants, bars, beach), very good breakfast, AC working well. Staff friendly, speaking good English.

Well, Wi-Fi did not work properly half of our stay (we needed to work), shower door Broken, shower drain did not work much. We asked reception explicitely three times for an invoice for our company, did not arrive Till Now.

Bad internet, didn’t work at all, I also had a problem with my SIM card, the girl from the morning shift was rude when I asked for help, she didn’t even try to help, she didn’t even think to advise contacting a phone store or at least pretended that she was trying to help . I also heard the staff discussing me when I came for breakfast, thinking that I didn’t understand what they were talking about. This hotel is not worth the money at all

Relative good location near the sea

No elevator to last floor, not air conditioned in all rooms. Missing basic things for family stay

property was beautiful, the surrounding lovely and in the night it was quite quiet so we could relax and rest properly. Breakfast was very tasty and there was a lot to choose from!

Property is 10 minutes walk from hotels beach which is absolutely beautiful. The location of hotel is very nice as in the night it’s quite quiet and relaxing after a long day on a beach. The breakfast was included in our stay and it was a perfect way to start our day off. My husband and I would definitely recommend staying in Dolce Vita!

Extremely professional and smiling staff. Always at your service !Always ready to help and answer for any need which I had.I had a business trip. Peace and comfort were important to me. This hotel gave me that. I will definitely book this hotel next time...10+

nothing, terrible service, deceiving internet description and very bad experience overall

parking is badly organised - there are 2 or 3 spots for the entire hotel at the venue and if they’re occupied (like they were in our experience) they will send you down the street to a suspicious looking and might I say improvised parking lot. The AC is very old and blowing only warm air, mid day when outside it was almost 40 Celsius it was better to keep the window open than use that joke of an AC. they market themselves as being 4 stars but 2 would be an indulgent grading for the conditions offered. It was dirty, old, rusty, the personnel unfriendly and unprofessional.

Staff was very kind, although could not help to solve the problems.Beach is pretty close, 10 minutes walk.Has its own beach, with sunbeds (10 EUR/pcs/day), or free sandy area.

We did not get the appartment we paid for (in advance), but two separate rooms. It was simply used by another guest. (it was changed in the 2nd day)Kitchens in the appartments are not equipped (none of them - told by the manager during arguing), there are no dishes and no microwave to make or warm up food. The stove is just decoration.Card keys of the rooms are not working properly, sometimes does not open doors, one of them was not workign at all. We had to argue an hour to get replace.There were no air conditioner in of the bedrooms.Well, you can see the sea, over a half-built building through the reinforcement bars.Wifi was not working in the appartment at all (not even see the network, only in the corridor)

The details on the website were misleading. Implied there was a pool and that the hotel was near the beach. It is only the beach bar on the beach, which is. 5 min plus walk. The Roman blind, bedside lamp and handle on the shower door were broken. I asked for the first two to be fixed but this was not done. I was challenged twice when using the beach beds by a member of staff who did not believe I wax staying at the hotel, this was very upsetting.

Staff was helpful while staying. hotel was ok, not so good and not bad.

hotel stay was on but we had an issue regarding city tax payment. we had stayed in property for 7 days, we had paid 72 EUR for the city tourism tax to hotel , which they are required to pay in behalf of us to municipality. Apparently they have just paid for two people for the people whose name used for booking the rooms and not the all people provided the passport copy while check in. because they have not paid the tax properly for all people, now we are facing fine from government 200 EUR for each people (7 people). We have requested proof of payment to municipality in behalf of all visitors and hotel just ignored and they did not provided. Basically we have been charged and cheated by property, I don't suggest any visitors to use this hotel because of possible fine..

Really easy to access the beach. Spacious room and discount on sunbeds at beach. Really good air con and nice balcony

Preporaka za koristenje na plazata Dolce Vita vo sopstvenost na Hotelot Dolce Vita, se naogja pomegju Hotel Splendit i Hotel Mediteran. Gostite na Hotelot imaat popust za koristenje na lezalki i cador na ovaa plaza. Plazata e perfektno cista i se odrzuva sekoj den. Personalot e mnogi ljubezen i ke bi vi pomogne za sekoje vase baranje vi e na uzluga.Topla preporaka za ovoj Hotel. Jas imav preubav odmor i sigirno pak ke dojdam sigurno, mozebi i ova leto povtorno.

Budva is a beautiful city. The old city is beautiful, authentic and original architecture. offers beautiful beaches. Authentic food Casino and interesting shopping in the old city.We stayed at a small excellent hotel called DOLCE VITA with extremely kind staff. A delicious and varied breakfast, also rich in sweets. Room cleaning on time. .There is a solution to the parking problem, although it was crowded and smallAll staff members are courteous and welcomingWe received help and assistance with any problem we had. For example, the manager approved We have an advance check in earlier than usual. as well as an extension to the check-out time.The hotel is near the beach and adventure sports, close to restaurants, a bakery and a large supermarket. At a walking distance of about 5 minutes from the hotel is Beit Chaved. As for the distance from the casino. and beautiful beaches.

The hotel is ideally positioned, close to the beach, in a quiet part of the street. Clean, comfortable, quiet...

We liked the most location and view. We saw from balcony sea. There was very clam and very clean in the hotel. We had transfer from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport and that was very convinent for us.

The hairdryer was broken. Usually nobody wasn't at the reception but we could call to them and they help us.

Male receptionist very accomadating, friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the location of the hotel close to the beach and the beach area belonging to the hotel was well maintained with a bar that also served some dishes (pizza, gyros, pancakes, pasta, drinks). Good value for money

The hotel does not deserve the 4 stars, it is clearly overrated.When we arrived we were told that we could park at the hotel but there was a risk of being blocked by other cars, the parking lot being in a very tight spot and I had to leave the car key at the reception so that the staff could move my car in case another car had to pass me. I was also offered the option to park in a campsite very close to the hotel for 4 euros per day, where I ended up parking. The parking there was ok, but I didn't like that this was not communicated to me from the start. Also, the room I stayed in, although it was clean, you could see that it was not properly maintained (the door had to be slammed to close, the shower door did not close properly and other little things like that)

the young lady, who apparently work from early morning to the evening, was helpful (and very pretty), and tried to do her best to help and assist.

The breakfast was not very good.The parking facility is very limited and not easily accessible.Is that really a four stars hotel??The surroundings of the hotel are not pleasant, as well as the access to the beach through a dreary tunnel.
