Hotel Moskva

Booked a nice junior suite. Very comfortable with a large bathroom. Furniture was comfortable and check-in was easy.

Nothing really. We had a parking space reserved in the basement garage which was a little challenging to maneuver into, but pretty typical for Europe.

Location is very nice, close enough to everything but a little bit quieter

breakfast was just ok, coffee and juices could use some improvement.

Will definitely be back.

While the outdoor pool is understandably closed, Booking says the Spa is closed, which is open.

Staff is super nice, with a great location, ambient is beautiful, as well as lobby and restaurant

Cleaning ladies forgot to throw the trash. Overall, cleaning was minimalistic until you asked them to be more thoural

During my recent stay in Budva, I was drawn to the hotel by its appealing facade and prime location, which I had spotted from the car. The room itself was comfortable, and the complimentary parking was a nice perk, making logistics easier. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the old town was convenient for exploring the area on foot.

On the downside, the lack of in-room coffee or tea facilities was a noticeable omission. The staff, while accommodating in granting a late check-out, were generally indifferent and somewhat cold, with the breakfast team more focused on their phones than on guest service. The unexpected power and light cut-off during my extended stay was an inconvenience. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my time there and hope for improvements in the future.

A spacious room and an enormous bathroom, very well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the bar/restaurant is great. It has private free parking underground for the guests.

It's a 10-minute walk to the promenade.

The hotel is so cute and cozy, the location is great (around 10 mins away from the old town). The breakfast is delicious and they provide a wide variety. The room is spacious and has all the toiletries. There’s also a very nice cafe and restaurant in the hotel with a rich menu.

We couldnt find a chance to get massage service because of lack of staff.

The spa wasn't available to us, it was disappointing given that we were advised by reception just to ask 1 hour before hand so they could switch it on. It was unclear why, one said it was faulty but the staff in the spa said no one had instructed them to start it up.

The structure was modern, very well equipped, everything was extremely clean and in order, nothing missing. The stuff was pretty helpful with everything.Asked for a special request in the room in advance and stuff made it possible in the best possible way.

The only thing which was not as described would be the bathtub, in the Junior Suite description it was written as a bath spa (which means water circulation/jacuzzi) , not just a simple bathtub.

Great quality of rooms, helpful and polite staff. Hot sauna. Breakfast is good, can be a little better. The restaurant downstairs offers good selection of food, staff is friendly too.

WiFi can be little faster but I guess it's the same in whole city

We arrived very early that morning at 7:00 and the hotel granted us an early check-in. The room was comfort, all arranged very well and close to bus station, about 10 minutes walk.

The hotel and staff were great! We'll definitely be back. For dinner, I had the duck and it was the best ever! And it is a big plus that they allow dogs. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The room was clean, light, airy, and large enough. The location was good, within walking distance to Old Town, shopping, other restaurants, and the beach, but not noisy and overcrowded.

The only negatives were minor and wouldn't affect my decision to book again. Unfortunately, the decision was made to drain the pool given that it is October. However, the weather was warm and I'd have liked to have gone swimming. Perhaps next year weather can play a part in when the pool is drained? They have a good selection of spa services, including chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture, along with a variety of massages at reasonable prices. But it's a shame that the types of services and prices aren't on the website. I would have planned and booked something had I known more than simply that they have a spa and spa services.
