The garden was wonderful , the smell of jasmine flower was awesome also the breakfast was excellent, the beach and infinity pool was very good , everything was so good ?

One of the best hotels which I visited. It was exceptional. Location of the hotel was perfect, room was clean, breakfast was perfect, but the most important was friendly stuff in hotel. Well educated to response to all requests. Tomo, Lili and Bozo were great as well as others.

Everything was great.

The rooms are very luxurious and spacious. Every possible amenity exists, the staff is extremely courteous and helpful and the food options are excellent. In addition, the location on the beach is wonderful and the taxi boat free of charge to the old city is extremely helpful.

Since there is a lot of greenery, which is a good thing, the occasional ant may slip into the rooms. However, the staff were dealt with it efficiently and quickly.

Tha SPA is unacceptably small. The "Harmony" building is too big and architecturally it does not belong to that location.

Excellent resort with a great private beach

When we arrived we said we have an early morning flight. At the reception they said they would bring us a boxed breakfast. In the morning our flight was delayed, we called reception and said we would prefer to eat at the hotel restaurant, we were told "no problem". During the meal, a waitress approached us and demanded payment of 40 euros because we ordered a boxed breakfast. We paid and complained at the reception but nothing helped. This is not acceptable behavior, if you want payment you must warn in advance.

Staff are not that friendly. Everything very expensive in hotel, even water which they do not allow you to bring into hotel. Spa is very small.

Dukley upgraded my deluxe room with sea view to an apartment with an amazing view! The beach and the gardens were very nice. There were tropical fruits in the breakfast which I enjoyed a lot. Personnel was very helpful.

There wasn’t options for the restaurants, it was only one main restaurant in the resort and the others taking from the same restaurant.

Offers a free ferry boat service to the old town every hour which is so convenient! Drivers available with golf buggy’s to drive you round the resort - very helpful Reception staff always available to book taxis for you

They didn’t tell us when booking that September is considered out of season so when we arrived on the 9th we were told 4 out of the 5 restaurants were closed and the only available option was the seafront restaurant which is €30 for a burger. The staff in the infinity restaurant where guests eat breakfast are rude and inattentive and only wait on those guests that speak the same language. No menus, and no explanation to how it works or what you can order. Toast machine was also not plugged in and was told to eat bread and they couldn’t make me any toast

The facilities were great. And they even upgraded us to a penthouse. The taxi boat is a nice addition. The kosher food was very comfortable for us, even though it should be upgraded, especially the variety. We checked out early in the morning and they packed us a breakfast to go

Most of the staff could be more kind and with a better attitude. It’s always important for guests but especially when you are staying in a luxurious place like Dukley

Amazing luxury resort with access to the beach in 3 different locations, with delicious restaurants, wonderful service and attention to all details. The welcome of the staff on the reception was beyond all expectations, they upgraded our room, explained the services of the hotel, drove us to our apartment and made us feel at home from the first moment. The rooms and the facilities are at the very high-end, same as the restaurants. And as a plus, we loved the taxi boat from the resort to the old town. Thank you all for the great experience - we will be back!

The prices (restaurants and accommodation) are much higher than the high-end prices in the region and country.

We had a beautiful three bedroom condo. It was modern and clean. The grounds are gorgeous. The staff is helpful and takes you around in golf carts. Great pool and sandy beach. The restaurants are delicious.

This is a bad choice for anyone with disabilities. It is very hilly and while the staff drives you around, you will still have to do stairs to get to the beaches. Breakfast caters to Montenegrin tastes. They need bigger shelves and smaller bottles for the showers. The staff turned off our water heater one day. Locks are difficult to open.

Amazing hotel and service, buggy rides to any of their 3 beaches. Taxi boat to budva old town. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be planning our trip back next year!

Landscaping, the beach, size and standards of the rooms, restaurants choice and quality, breakfast, buggy service.

These are not related to property itself, but the area around it is pretty bland, not much in terms of shops or things to do. You would have to go to the old town for that, but it is a only short ride. Also, we came via Tivat airport and I have never been to such a poorly organized airport. Huge (unnecessary) lines, no structure, no staff, no space or ventilation- big hotels like Dukley need to lobby the authorities to up their game. This is going to be a deterrent to tourism in the area. I don’t even think it requires a huge investment- some expertise in operation management would probably fix half of the problems.
