The rooms are pretty good , good view , excellent staff .You can always have a free hot drink from the machine and juices .

Parking is kinda hard , you park in the street in front of the hotel and that depends on how many cars in the area .. .The breakfast can be better its decent though. Although the suite have 2 bedrooms , the bedrooms are tight and narrow ( we were 4 in the suite and we had some difficulties with the size of the room and the bags )

The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located in Budva. The staff were friendly and helpfulThe room was comfortable and nicely decorated

Incredible buffet breakfast!! Great value for the price! Staff was wonderful and the room was clean. They have a little bar/espresso shop next to the reception. The beach was a little walk, and not as pretty as expected (not a beach destination), but we loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it if you’re passing through.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the location was perfect – just a short walk from the beach, grocery store, and several good restaurants. The staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help.

We spent a very pleasant week at the Invictus Hotel in Bečići, Montenegro. The property is well-located, exceptionally clean, neat, and comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast, while somewhat repetitive, was consistently fresh and very tasty.We would like to express our special thanks to the reception staff, specially to Anastasija and Dijana, who were always attentive, helpful, and ready to provide valuable recommendations during our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude greatly contributed to our overall experience.The only minor inconvenience was that the double bed was provided with a single shared blanket, which was not entirely comfortable.

Parking a little bit challenging

The hotel is new and very near to the beach. I would recommend to have a car to go to budva old town. The surrounding it's not that attractive

Breakfast was really good

Cleanliness is zero. Housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms, only changes the towels. Very disappointing that nobody changed our sheets not even once or mopped the floor.

The reception, especially Dijana. She took care of everything with a smile.

The Reception ladues were great.The room, and the pool felt like a 5 stars hotel.The food was so delicious and fresh!The hotel is new, opened last July, Situated 3 minutes from the beach promenade.

There is no free parking space in front of the hotel even in the booking it is noted that “Free Parking Space”. When you asked to staff for the free parking space, they are saying that you can park your car to paid park area or the garage that belongs to the hotel by paying 20euros daily. It was totally ridiculous.

The idea between to earn money from their own 10 space garage. They can easily open their garage and solve parking problems as much as possible for their customers.

Location is amazing as well as the view from the balcony very friendly and approachable staff in the hotel pleasant and smiling ☺️ Especially special thanks to receptionist Anastasija who was there for us every single day and assisted every issue professionally and with kindness Thank you for everything and hope to see you all again

Ac doesnt worked well,doors are not safe,balcony very small, we asked to change the room they didnt give it to us.

I liked the staff the tried their best they were very polite also the rooms were clean breakfast was ok

The parking area was very unpractical, they didnt have proper space for parking outside and they asked 15€ extra if you want to park it in the garage. We went at the beginning of the season and the pool wasn’t working which we weren’t informed. Overall very high prices for a room and breakfast.

The hotel was okay. Staff were nice, we arrived early and they let us have some breakfast. They prepared our rooms and let us in early. The hotel was close to the beach and restaurants nearby

Few steps from sea, cosy ,small apartment for 4 people for short stay. Wonderful and very helpful reception, good breakfast and nice view from balcony. Hotel is located in a very nice area and close to every city. I recommend it!

Pool open from 5th of May,as we were informed after arrving. Loud construction works (next buidling) heard from window bedroom every day from early morning.

Very tasty breakfast, spacious room, staff is exceptional, very attentive to all our needs. Our room was upgraded to sea view room and provided with a bottle of wine because we came to celebrate my husbands birthday! We had unforgettable stay and will deffinately come back!
