    Cons -

    • minor problems were with warm water during the first day, but it was not for a long time. TV had only programs in Serbian language, but it is not im[portant , as the sea was not far from the hotel

    • Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. Despite being outrageously overpriced, the hotel lacked even the most basic amenities. There was no elevator, and we were forced to haul our suitcases up to the 4th floor ourselves. The staff? Rude and unhelpful. We booked a "Superior Double Room," which turned out to be a glorified closet. The room was so small that we couldn't even open our suitcase without blocking the door. The air was very dusty, and the air conditioning was practically useless, stuck at one temperature and spewing out dusty air. To make matters worse, the tiny window was useless for drying towels, adding to the discomfort. The bed was a complete nightmare. It felt as though the mattress had been turned upside down, with the springs digging into our backs. My partner and I woke up every morning with aching backs and sore ribs. The lack of a shower door meant water splashed everywhere, and the towels provided were so small they might as well have been napkins.Breakfast was another disappointment. The food was horrible, and the options were limited. We ended up eating elsewhere because we just couldn't stomach it.In summary, this hotel is a joke. Overpriced, uncomfortable, and staffed by rude individuals. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

    Very poor

Broken shower, dirty room, check-in staff who can’t speak english. Not recommended.

Amazing hotel so close to lots of shops, restaurants, the bus station, walk into the old town etc.Breakfast was good. Super friendly staff and my room was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to explore!

Not sure if there was a restaurant or not as other people were eating but when I asked for the menu, they said no. No tea and coffee facilities in the room as advertised and the hairdryer didn't work in my room. But it was no big deal as I found a lovely coffee shop in the old town.

Neat the bus station, quiet, basic but fine room

Just a couple minutes walk from the main bus station, the hotel will probably the best choice for those who wanna be the closest to the station. Most standard rooms come with a balcony. Single room is more like a make-shift room just enough for a single bed and a wardrobe at the very end of the top floor with no window (only one window in the bathroom) and balcony (but the plus side is you get the least noise disruption). Not a huge issue for one-nighter as the A/C can compensate the ventilation.

The hotel cant hold luggage after check-out (the restaurant attached to the hotel can't hold luggage either), so you need to figure out yourself between 11am check-out and your next bus departure. There is no 24/7 reception but the restaurant staff would help with check in/out.

Good breakfast. Nice location if you don't mind a little walk -- especially at this price in Budva. Nothing uncomfortable about the room or hotel.

The room is a bit dated. There was some confusion about the room number on the key and in the course of correcting it I got a lesser room than the one the first key went to -- though it might have been the proper room in the first place.

I stay in this hotel frequently. The hotel is clean, breakfast is delicious. Whenever I need something they help me fast. And the most important thing is hotel staff are kind and friendly people, this is the number one reason that I choose this hotel. You feel like you are at home. Thank you so much to the hotel workers & owners.

Checked-in, and then immediately left after paying the amount due.I booked the single room. So poorly furnished and tiny that It almost made me feel asphyxiated. Maybe they have other better rooms but this one was below decent for my taste. I didn’t spend the night there I insist, checked-in and left immediately

The location is great, the breakfast is excellent, the room is comfortable with a beautiful terrace.

They hadn't changed the bad during 7 days,

The cuisine was good. The breakfast was satisfying. Also, the hotel has a restaurant with a good selection and reasonable prices. The portions were also enough to fill you up. Would definitely recommend the restaurant. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The location was okay, 15 m walk to the nearest beach, about half an hour walk to the old town.

The bathroom needs some renovation. Some of the staff was old, like the shower head, the door handle. Also, it is important to have different sizes of towels for face and showering. Sometimes, each guest was provided with one towel, sometimes with two towels of the same size.

    The location

    1. The staff were so rude and bad manner2. Although the room was hot, they insisted it is cold then changed the room in the 2nd night after long discussion3. The reception lady doesn't accept any request and just shouting , she also through A..C remote control infront of us when we told here it is hot( she said she is the manager)4. Bathroom door wasn't closing and difficult to tell them to repair it5. The rooms are so small

Excellent location, easy access to all places.Comfortable bed and spacious room, very clean and bright.Amazing breakfast, serves at the restaurant or veranda.Everybody is super friendly and helpful!

I couldn't see anything because they didn't even accommodate me. The hotel was locked. No one was working at the reception. No one answered the phone that they left behind on door. No one answered the messages and cal. I arrived late from the road around 00:15 and was forced to look for another hotel. In the morning he sent a message that he was on television and that his call had been cut. An extremely frivolous breach of business

    Poor

very sub standard. a rip off. you pay for the location only. terrible/non existent breakfast. don’t even include it if you decide to pay lots of money for nothing other than location and just a bed

    6PogaceanPosted on: 7-20-2022

Very good location, close to the city centre.

We stayed there for 7 night and they didn’t change the bed sheets at all, just the towel. Breakfast was very poor quality, and there wasn’t any fresh vegetables, just pickles.Employees didn’t speak english.

    6Caroline A.Posted on: 7-12-2022

Clean, breakfast was small but had all the basics, close to the bus station

They took my passport for a long time which made me feel uncomfortable walking through the city without a document, staff can't speak English or German or Spanish or Portiguese... They said you can check out at 7 but when I tried at 7:50 the person responsible was sleeping. I had to wait even though I had a bus to catch soon. And then he tried to charge me again for the room that I already paid though Paypal. We couldn't understand when I said I paid already and showed the document so he called his wife, she could speak English. They end up not charging me the tourist fee because of the inconvenience. I believe it was an honest mistake but pay attention! And I still got upset cause I was running out of time fot my bus.so be sure to check out with time even if you already paid.

The people running the hotel and restaurant cared. Breakfast included and good.

The BBC cable channel wasn't clear.Booking.com stated an unusual check-in time, but I arrived around 9pm with no problem.

The hotel was great as always. The staff are very hospitable. The hotel is clean, foods are great. I recommend everyone this hotel.
