The staff was very friendly, helped me with parking, locations to eat at, etc.The view is incredible.

The room was not cleaned by staff. We remind them more time but still no one cleaned. Also door has broken before us. We cannot sleep well

The lady from the staff and the repair personal was very kind and friendly. Location is good, right next to the beach and a couple restaurants.

Although the lady from the hotel staff was very kind, we ended up leaving the hotel and looked for another place to stay after two hours. At the beginning we were assigned a room that has someone else staying and what find we surprising is that the receptionist had checked the room himself to make sure everything was ok just before giving us the keys -we saw him walking away and he said he was going to check the room- After being relocated the new room did not have hot water. We informed the reception and they send a technician. After 10 minutes of leaving the water running still there was no solution. Also there was no wi-fi. Again we informed the reception and they send the same technician, this time with a parable wifi device that we could not connect to. Leaving that aside, it is virtually impossible to park near the hotel when it's hot because the beach gets really full. I believe we were just unlucky but it definitely ruined our only two days in Montenegro.

The location is beautiful and the staff are all so helpful. Thank you to Hande, Hilda and to the General Manager and all the staff for trying hard to make our stay comfortable. They listened to our feedbacks with optimism and is trying hard to improve everything as they are new.

The hotel is still new, improvements is still on-going but workable. Parking is the only issue but hopefully in the near future they can sort it out as part of the hotel improvements.

We liked the location of the hotel, and especially the stuff. Everybody working in the hotel is so kind and helpful. Especially worker Danilo, he is so kind and affable guy, extremely good service by Danilo, all 10's!All in all, best recommendations for this hotel. Last but not least, the beach is so near the hotel, maybe 50 m. ???

Parking problem. the items are very very old.

The property was very ideally located. Value for money. Room service was very prompt. Staff (Yasar and Murad) was very accommodating.

The bathroom leaked and was a bit mouldy. There weren’t any door mats, had to use towels instead.

Localization, close to beautiful beaches, staff was very helpful. Nice view if you get a room with a balcony.

Our room was dirty, the bathroom really stinks and was covered with mold. If you closed the bathroom doors for the night, the stink of bad piping and mold really hit your eyes.

I like the seaview.

It was old everything was in terrible condition , shower was blocked and dirty no proper blanket poor customer service.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Shower pressure is really good. Murad, the manager was really friendly! And I hope they are looking to make the experience better, the hotel has a lot of potential.

Hygiene is really poor, some public toilets were cleaner than the apartment bathroom.The smell In the bathroom was unbearable, literally one of the worst smells we've ever felt. Staff was nice, but the interactions were really wierd, they felt non professional.I would advise against getting the breakfast deal, until they provide more options. Breakfast is dry, monotone and isn't worth the money. You could litteraly spend less in the restaurant right beside the hotel and eat way more.

The balcony view was unbelievable. The location is so close to the beach with restaurants beneath you. What stood out tho was how nice the staff were.

Very poor

This hotel is not worth it. The bathroom was filthy, staff is extremly rude and not a single person knows Croatian/Serbian/English or any language at all. There is no parking, we had to walk 15 minutes from some parking garage and it was ultra expensive. All members of staff are uncompentant and lazy. Waiters don't know anything, we haven't seen such unresponsibilities ever!! Breakfast is very poor and not delicious at all. Hotel is very expensive for what they offer. The only good thing is that the beach is very close, but it is not worth the money. We are never coming back here ever again! Avoid at all cost! Staff 0/10, hygiene 1/10, parking 0/10, breakfast 1/10.

1. no parking, ОК. Тhere is no place to park, to unload your luggage. You have to use an expensive parking near a hotel (45eur/day; 3eur/hour);2. the TV is not working;3.common areas are not clean;4.the terrace is not cleaned;and many other small thingsThat Hotel Needs a Renovation.But the hotel is perfect for a Мotel ( 1 or 2 nights)

location is great! near Kamenovo beach and Rafailovici beach. Beautiful view. Stuff don-t speak Serbian and English is poor..so it is little hard to communicate..but they are really nice. We had problems with room..broken terrace door, window on the entrance- room door (!!) but they fix that next morning. It was not perfect but they fix it the best way they can at the moment (black paint over that small window on the room door and they almost fix perfectly the terrace door). They did not clean the room, but when I asked after 3 days for clean towels and toilet paper they bring and told me that I need to ask if I need anything because they did not want to come to the room if we did not ask.

They should invest more money! Did not like the smell from the kitchen. There is nothing in the family room- only kettle and kitchen sink and the fridge (and glasses etc..). No stove, nothing...did not find kitchenette at all in the corridor! So it is not suitable for families with small kids...

Not clean , no services even no slippers in the room , could you imagine for one day 110€ costs so I don’t recommend you at all!

If you want to spend your best holiday in Montenegro then choose this hotel which is very well located! The location is just exceptional! The sea view from our room was just incredible. The staff is very welcoming, respectful and always available. Thank you for your welcome, we will return next year with pleasure ?

So, the location is one of the best, as well as the view. I recommend to book the third floor - it isn’t too hot, isn’t too sunny and isn’t too high. Managers and all the staff are professionals, kind, attentive and always ready to help. Continental breakfasts are included. They are all basically the same, but to start your day with omelet and black tea is a good idea. The restaurant itself is great and the food is tasty.

We’ve stayed there for 4 nights in July and for two days elevator didn’t work and occasionally there were no electricity for 3-4 hours;- furniture is really old (one of the doors in our wardrobe was broken) - shower etc. are old as well (but working) - never cleaned the room for 4-5 days
