The breakfast has various options and the dining area is stunning. We even had lunch in their restaurant, which it’s also very good. The hosts are very welcoming.

It was simply lovely in all respects.

It wasn’t where Booking.com said it was in the map that was produced when I clicked on my reservation in my phone. Because of that, I paid a very high flat fee to the cab driver who picked me up at the bus station. Based on the map from Booking.com, the hotel was several minutes from the bus station. It was actually about one minute away. Your website needs to make sure that the correct location is shown on maps produced from the address listed on your site. I was quite frustrated that I overpaid the cabbie. In addition, he and I had a verbal spat because the hotel wasn’t where your website indicated it was.

The owners were lovely, ready to help us with anything, free parking provided by the hotel, the rooms were a comfortable size, breakfast a decent selection.Overall we enjoyed our stay

Friendly owner, close to the beach, and the indoor terrace is a good plus.

The windows had an older locking system and didn’t close completely, so with the street in front being quite lively, some traffic noise could be heard at night.

We initially chose this hotel for its great location, but what will truly bring us back is the impeccable service and thoughtful attention to every detail. The rooms were beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable(especially bed), and clean. We especially enjoyed starting our mornings with a delicious breakfast on the terrace. The warm hospitality of the staff (especially the owner of the hotel) made our stay feel truly memorable.Thank you ?

Branko was an amazing host - kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were also very friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything we needed, and offered excellent value for money. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was huge and comfortable. We also really appreciated the easy, free on-site parking - very convenient.

I liked the location and hospitality.

The variety for the breakfast is very small and there was no vegan option for breakfast.In my opinion should have at least 1 plant-based milk.

Reasonably good location, considering how overpriced Budva is, especially in August. Still rather pricey though. Run by a very friendly helpful older couple. Felt safe.

Pricey, old rooms. No elevator so you have to go up one or more flights of stairs.

Super wonderful staff and amazing breakfast. The room was clean and functional. We had a car and the parking was simple and convenient.

The shower stall was a bit small and was hard to maneuver inside.

The location was ok, about 1km from the bus station and even less to the beach. Big super market 24h just around the corner (but closed on Sunday). The room was nice with very comfortable double bed and super clean sheets. AC, wifi, fridge all working well. Breakfast was served outside under the olive trees, very calm and beautiful place. Good breakfast with fresh bread, cheese, meat, fruit, eggs etc. (not buffet but you have a lot to eat!!) Especially the coffee was super good, they'll bring the whole pot of coffee in the table and another pot of hot milk, just perfect! The owners were friendly and helpful, especially the man with his better English. He suggested and called me a taxi for bus station, I was very happy about it, it was a super hot day to carry luggage and I thought taxis are not to be trusted, but the price was very low after all.

The room was small and there were too much furniture that didn't fit there, I had to re-arrange them to have space for my big luggage. The balcony was on street side, not cosy at all, you could use it just for dry your bikinis. Very noisy by night, lot of people walking by and lots of traffic too, but with a bit noisy fridge and AC I could get sleep. Also tip for the other guests: be careful to not turn off the hot water in the bathroom, I did it by accident, so no hot water coming before I could figure it out (asking the staff to help me).

breakfast is limited to what is served on the specific date, property is managed by the owner and the local family, amazing and kind people. location is a 7 minute walk to the beach.

amenities were changed through my 5 days stay. although i didn't ask for any, maybe they respected my privacy

The breakfast was served to the tables including bread, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, juice, youghurt and pie + coffee or tea, honey and jam. For us this suited very well and we didn't long for a buffet type of breakfast.

A bit old and tired, the air con unit is very loud, the bathroom is very small. Just details, all more than fine for one night.
