The location, view from our room, and very high end finishes throughout the hotel.

The nightmare of traffic and parking just to get to and from the hotel.

I booked a standard room for a couple, that's what was left. The room is small, there is a single bed in the room and a pull-out sofa. Really not suitable for a couple. The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping. I marked a hotel with an elevator on Booking. In fact, there were about 20 steps to the lobby. Then you take the elevator. To get to room 504, you go down 5 steps and then up 5 steps. Coffee and tea in the room are paid. The room was very hot, the reception said there was no cooling and you had to open the windows. I asked to change rooms at the reception, they said there was no other room.

Location right on the water on a pedestrian only street. The on site Georgian/European restaurant is outstanding, we ate there both nights of our stay.

Maybe this is a little petty of me, but the in room espresso pods are not free, rather they are listed on the mini bar price list.

Ala carte breakfast was very good. Views from balcony were spectacular.

Second floor room was loud.

-The room is spacious and comfortable.-The staff is very cooperative and friendly, always offering assistance.-The hotel entrance is a bit difficult, but the hotel offers valet parking.

The breakfast needs improvement; the options are very limited.Also, there should be more focus on providing halal food.

Excellent location, unbeatable view, best restaurant.

The views from this hotel were spectacular. Location is perfect! Right in between two great beaches and an easy boat taxi to the old town.

Everything was more than perfect. Starting from the lovely reception and very friendly staff, generous upgrade we got, clean suite and amazing view.

Hotel staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean and with an amazing view. People working at the restaurant downstairs were super friendly and the food was good.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Svetlana was amazing! Constantine was also a welcoming face at reception. Breakfast was always tasty and staff very friendly. Room was feast and comfortable. Location, right on the water and close to various restaurant options.

Our holiday was wonderful!We arrived at the hotel earlier. The administrator checked us in without any problems.The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was new with very good cosmetics. Wonderful view of the sea from the window.We also went to the spa. The hotel gave us 1 hour for free. There is a hammam, sauna and jacuzzi. Everything was also very good.There is a restaurant with Georgian cuisine with very tasty dishes.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

SPA massage treatment, breakfast is weak but delicious.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and spacious room with amazing sea view. Breakfast was delicious and the receptionist Mario was very professional and polite.

Comfortable bads. Large room. Everything was like new. Tasty breakfast.

Hamam was a little cool, though jacuzzi was good.
