No beach bar

Servers were great, cleaners too.Overall staff was adequate.Beach is right in front of the hotel.Food was ok although I whish there was more non-pork options.

No showers at the beach. No beach bar for all-inclusive guests. 10 euros per day parking (15 euros garage) for the guests.Playroom for kids is lackluster and animation is not even worth mentioning except the 'mini-disco". Lack of organization when renting sunshades and sunbeds, and yes you have to rent then even though you are all-inclusive guests.

WIFI could be faster

The location, the pools and the wellness services were perfect. It is located really next to the sea! The sea/ beach was not overcrowded. Perfect! The room and restaurant were really like in the advertisment.

The cleaning was not as good as expected: we found candies under the sofa and a beach ball behind the curtains. We were in all inclusive service: the food (quality and quantity) was ok, but I missed local/ croatian food (i.e. there was not cevap during the whole week).

Great wellness and staff, straight at the beach and walking lane to the town. Accessible parking. Indoor pool, which saved the day coz we were with a child

They told us that we were not 'all inclusive' and had booked breakfast only- read the small print especially using Booking.com who were useless in sorting the problem. Apparently "Family Hotel Pagus - All Inclusive" does not mean all inclusive at all. It is a total con and could have been easily fixed for 20 euros that they only told us on checkout. They also said there were complaints from other guests who were not getting 'all inclusive' One staff member actually accused us of theft in front of people I was meeting because we helped ourselves to a beer after being told by another member of staff to take one. Staff are disgraceful, unfriendly and confrontational.I travel a lot and Booking.com was our preferred agent but they were useless I have already booked over £10,000 of trips for the rest of 2024 using Expedia. I will NEVER use booking.com again

Even though it was a big bed, a large blanket was not available at the hotel at all. The jacuzzi was not hot

Very long queues to get a meal, it can't be that the canteen serves two hotels (Pagus and Meridijan), expensive parking, no facilities for sports games (ping-pong table, table football)

Blend food, it seems that nothing is fresh. Serving system caused chaos every day. Snacks were ridiculous. Crowded inside pool. Old room furniture.

Rude unhelpful receptionist. Rude staff.Menu, extremely basic.Wellness spa, unmanned, jacuzzi freezing cold water inside. No hammas available! Dead olive trees and plants!!Cold coffee served by rude bar staff dressed in hoodies and wheeling electric scooters through so called empty cocktail bar. Only one restaurant open, with buffet and same menu choices everyday!! Very disappointing and nothing 4 star about it at all. The picturesque views and town do not make a good hotel!! I would not stay here again or pay the over inflated prices for something not as described.Reception staff couldn't even recommend local attractions!!

The food was very good and each day something new was served. The location is just by the beach. Rooms were clean. Free parking.

There were not enough sunbeds for the number of guests. There were a lot of sunbeds standing near SPA area, but they were out of order and even after questions from the guests not given to use. It was a pitty…

Very good location. Varied meals however repeatable. Comfortable rooms. Sea view. Indoor and outdoor pool. Good base to visit whole island.

Paid parking. Weak, Czech beer (in CRO!) in all inclusive offer.

The beach is very close, basically, the hotel is situated on the coast. Breakfast was okay, I would expect more options, especially for vegetables, but it was good. On the bar, the only reasonable option was a beer, the rest of the alcohol was not acceptable for my taste.

The bar was poor, the only reasonable option was a beer. I was surprised they charged the guests for their own parking. The umbrellas on the beach were also for 15 euros.

The staff made us feel like home. Food was great, rooms comfy, everythong was great!

We spent a lovely week there. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food was tasty and the facilities were excellent. The kids enjoyed the kids club and the mini disco a lot :) Hvala

Even though the description says that a sun lounger is included, there must have been a little inaccuracy because it is not quite so. You can actually use them first come first serve until the one you're using is sold. Then you'll be asked to give it up for the ones who paid. You need to pay €20 for a double lounger, a sunshade and a small table package. Also if you leave it unattended, pieces simply taken away by random people which is just annoying. You get another if you ask but still.
