Not much unfortunately! The room was tidy (not clean) and basic. The bathroom was clean. Wasn't cleaned every day

Service was poor. 1 of few situations involved a 70 cred card deposit requested on arrival which apparently was declined?! I paid deposit cash later to discover hotel took 500?! Without apology a refund was processed (10days & still awaiting clr funds)

The most: hospitality (this is why you have our score 10). The staff is amazing. Cleaning team, restaurant team, reception -- all of them. So friendly, you feel cared about and any issue to be solved. I've not met such a polite and friendly team before and I traveled a lot.The pool's infinite view is very nice, and access to an almost private beach is a great bonus. The sea view is amazing!

Check parking details in advance. It's big enough, but you need to know. There are one big area near the hotel (right on the rural ground), and 3 very small parking sites integrated with the hotel. All of them are a bit tricky in terms of steep access, especially. But it's normal for this landscape. Probably, if they can share instructions to guests -- it will help a lot.Another issue is sound isolation in some rooms. Especially, during the weekend (when a lot of check in/outs are there). They changed our room (provided 2 options for a week, even though the hotel was almost fully booked!). They told me that the renovation might happen soon, and the soundproofing will be better. If it happens, we will return.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, we were very satisfied. The services remain consistently excellent. We would especially like to highlight the hotel manager, Ivana, who takes great care of every guest to ensure they feel as comfortable as possible. The breakfast offers a very pleasant and varied selection, as does the dinner buffet. Many thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful stay – we’ll be happy to come back again!

Nothing. The entire experience was disappointing and not what was advertised.

The property is falsely advertised as a four-star hotel, but it’s just a tiny, low-quality apartment. It was extremely small, dirty, and the bathroom toilet was broken. There was no Wi-Fi, no restaurant, and the staff didn’t respond to any messages. The photos shown on Booking.com are completely misleading — this is a scam and should be removed from the platform.

Heated pool was the warmest of all the 'heated' pools we came across. Extremely nice/attentative staff.

It was a wonderful place. Close to town but far enough from the main buzz. A cozy and romantic atmosphere right on the water. The parking garage was a great bonus

Not enough spaces at the pool side to accommodate the whole hotel so unless you put your towel down at 7:00am you were stuck running up and down stairs from the beach if you wanted drinks

Fabulous and helpful staff, great breakfast. Lovely pool area.

Carpark is a bit difficult to get into

The swimming pool was really clean and the staff made you feel like at home.

The parking spots at the garage were really fit. It was hard to take the car out of it

The whole hotel and location was 100%.Great staff, food, view, beach, pool and local wines.

It has access to a very nice pebble beach with a gorgeous view of “Lunar” Pag. Breakfast was excellent and the area around the hotel felt more relaxed and less crowded. There was also a nice little bakery and fruit stand right across the street. The fruit stand also sells local lavender honey and wine… delicious. Our room was clean. The pool is also very nice. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. It was our first time to Croatia. We didn’t realize how much we would love Pag and the hotel (Pag has many hidden beaches we would have liked to explore). The staff was exceptionally kind.

Amazing! If you are here reading the reviews trying to decide whether to book Hotel Plaza, book it! You will not be disappointed. The staff are the best! Can’t do enough for you. So smiley, happy and pleased to help you. They were brilliant. The pool area is spectacular in the day and night. Incredible views. Always plenty of beds and towels daily. Below is a small private beach. The hotel hires out kayaks, SUP’s very reasonable. This was great fun and a very safe cove. You can see nice sunsets from here too. The walk to Pag is 15-20 minutes. Very easy and safe. We visited beaches Cista and Urša. Loved both and only a short drive away. The rooms are great. We booked half board as the cost wasn’t much more and the food was nice. Lots of choice so you can find something to eat. Always pizza if you don’t! At lunch we ate in the hotel a few times. I would recommend the salads and the wine! We had a great stay. It was the last stop on our trip after Zadar, Krka and Plitvice. The kids loved the hotel and pool.

Nothing. All good. Beds comfy, lots of towels both in the room and pool. Helpful and very happy staff. Can’t fault the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to pool and beach, convenience of having food and drinks available all the time made our holiday unforgettable. After checkout we even got some water for our further journey as well as good recommendation for lunch with local and delicious food in Zadar which we would never find otherwise. Thank you!

Nothing to complain about.

The room was great! Confortable, clean, it had everything we needed. Even a lovely balcony. Infonity pool, viewsof the bay, poolarea, kayaks.

The location but not the hotel’s fault. That side of Pag does not have any sidewalk, you have to walk on the street to go anywhere or drive (this being Croatia, everyone drives too fast). Parking exits up a very aseep hill onto a major road which is not great. You need to turn onto a busy road up a steep hill, but hotel staff is very kind and will help you if you ask.

Rooms are clean, stuff ist friendly and helpful, pool is amazing. Hotel is comfortable, with a beautiful view of sea. Food is delicious. Definitely we will come back. Hotel is very peaceful perfect for vacation. From the pool there are stairs to the beach which is also amazing, small but with a lot of space for towels. City centre is 15-20 minutes from hotel, so you do not need a car so often.

The pool and surrounding terrace are beautiful, and the bar staff very friendly and attentive. Staff in general were very helpful and super nice. The little beach the hotel gives access to is nice.

A few negative points unfortunately, which explain our rating. It’s very, very noisy. Walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You really hear other guests coughing, talking, and moving around in their rooms - as if they are in your room. Next to us, and over our room on the floor above. Unfortunately that meant rough nights. Our room specifically being underneath reception meant early mornings as well: it sounded like suitcases are being rolled past next to your bed from very early. Our “family” room was tired and needs work. The interior lacks love in general, but also specifically the walls need paint, bashes and cracks need repairs, our shower cabin leaked so the entire bathroom flooded, and there is mould on the bathroom walls. Airconditioning makes plenty of noise but barely does anything, and at times it brings in a smell of cigarette smoke. Wooden decking around pool area needs treatment or replacing. We saw several people with splinters in their feet during our two days, including children and one of our own family. Make sure you have and wear slippers!

Location is great! Very convenient to have the pool and the beach so close by. Breakfast was great, as well as the staff!

Cleaning during the stay was not the best. When we first arrived, the room was super clean and great but whenever we got room service, certain parts of the room were left out.

Excellent service, welcoming hosts, beautiful and clean pool area, easy assess to the sea, quick assess to Pat city, SUP rental :)
