Good deal !

It was very close to the beach, close to all the shops, we've had nice room with stunning view for the seaside. It was amazing that every day we had some different country cuisine for dinner - it was very interesting. Pool area was nice but because of the weather we couldnt realy stay outside - offering to use next hotel swimming pool was very thoughtful. We have been greeted very nicely by the staff, and our room was spotless every day! Hotel overall is a little bit outdated - but it was great anyway.

Food in the restaurant was sometimes a bit bland but overall nice.

Rooms felt a bit dirty, could have been cleaned better. The breakfast food was average and didn’t really enjoy.

All the staff is super friendly and helpful.Starting with David(manager),he was very prompt and professional.Chef Ramiro was also attentive to his staff and with the customers.The list can continue with Mamadou,Susane,Ivan from the bar and with Alex (animation).Even if there was something missing,they are ready to fix it.It is a perfect hotel for families,very close to the beach,good food and for this price you get decent conditions.They come and clean every day your room and you get new towels.

Staff is super-friendly and helpful, swimming pools are great, breakfast buffet is rich.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and the food was outstanding for a buffet there was a theme every night Spanish, Italian, Mexican etc and the selection was amazing so delicious too really impressed! Location could not have been closer to the beach and the air con was brilliant. Will definitely be back

The pool and breakfast

Beds where uncomfortable, staff where rude, my son banged his back on a lounge chair that caved in and broken glass on the floor outside. Room cleans where horrendous not done properly and beds not changed.

Just the location, literally nothing else about that hotel was good

The absolute worst was the food at the buffet, you can tell it is not fresh, they reuse everything several times, the restaurant is chaotic, it is dirty, it is dark, it was an awful experience. We had all inclusive food and we ended up eating out because the buffet was so bad. The hotel was so dirty, it smelled bad, the rooms were dirty and the daily cleaning was superficial. They never changed the two glasses in the bathroom that were dirty and had a slimy substance at the bottom, it was disgusting.The pool looked so dirty, the common areas were badly maintained and again, so dirty. They were understaffed, there was always only one person at the reception and the line of people waiting was always so long.

our flight was delayed so we missed the first night no fault to the hotel however they give as a dinner upgrade that was very kind of them and the food was excellent cant fault them lovely staff.

Nice location, friendly staff, nice property .

No water bottle in the room. Being a 4 star hotel, it was not expected. Don't know if this is unusual.

The staff and the hotel was very nice. Good location, close to the beach and supermarkets. Not very far from the center.

There was one cockroach on our balcony which got into the room. Apart from this experience, all very good!

The staff was truly amazing. We weren't happy with our first room so they changed it for us in a minute and we got the apartment at the roof. The view directly at the sea was beautiful and so we didn't really mind older furniture and appliances.The food was delicious too.The hotel surrounding is also great - few seconds to pleasant beach, to delicious restaurants and to the small shops and groceries.I would definitely come back!

The hotel is well located, just 100 yards or so from the beach, but also near the resort centre. Its an ideal destination for families or couples. The hotel is very clean, and if there’s a problem it’s quickly sorted.The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Esther on reception. She is highly efficient and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is an asset to the hotel.The food was amazing, and incredibly wide choice of freshly cooked dishes, plus plenty of salad, fruit and vegetables, not forgetting a wide selection of desserts. The Blaumar is worth a visit for the food alone. Maria and Roberto made us welcome in the restaurant every time we visited.We also liked that we could share the facilities of the sister hotel, the Blaucel, on the opposite side of the road.

The room was on the small side, as is the reception area, which can get quite crowded.

I booked a hotel and when I arrived they sent me to the hotel in front (same group) but not the one I rentedIs not a 4 stars hotel, impossibleNot good card keysSmells as fried oil The attention was not good

The view from the room was really nice, partly to the sea, 5th floor.We took FB and the food was delicious and very different, to each taste. Many fruits.Close to the beach.

The bed was moving a little, as it had the wheels.

Upon arrival, we were offered a half-board at the same price which was pleasant. It is a typical large hotel having similar handicaps and benefits as other large hotels. Both breakfast and dinner were quite generous. The location was quite good as it took 2-3 minutes to reach the beach.

As usually at such large hotels, it was noisy and crowded. The room was too small for a 4-star hotel. Though the hotel is very close to the beach, it is quite far from the city centre. Actually it is located at the very end of Blanes among numerous campings

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. 2 single beds with plastic base so mattress kept sliding off. Beds on wheels on a tiled floor so move about. You can’t take any breakfast items to the room ( my 19 year old is a late riser so missed out on breakfast) would have been nice to take her up some pastries

Nice pool and facilities, staff were nice too. Close to beach.

The location is a bit far from Blanes and the sites. You will spend a bit on taxis going back and forth.
