Comfortable room, good breakfast and good base for our days in Blanes.

Being a Brit Tea/coffee making facility in room.

Room was clean and perfect for what I needed and for one person. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Location also seemed to be local to other shops and restaurants.

The pricing for a room for one person was expensive. The breakfast options was also a little limited.

it is a bit old, especially coffee machines seem really vintage; seems clean but on night 3 I found an old condom in my bed (yes you read correct!) seemed like it was washed & ironed to the sheets and thats hard to comment on..w*%(?!)rooms are quite noisy & you can hear people in other rooms, awful noise from the street,brekfast ok but not looking very appetizing, looked like dried/not fresh.

Having a private hire spa was great, this was the one part of the stay that I really enjoyed.

Arrival: Upon arrival I was ignored and just left standing at reception - no friendly warm smile to be greeted with. When I was eventually seen to, I was met with frostiness and a bit like I was causing them and inconvenience just by being there and it made me feel incredibly awkward.The room. On the surface it looked clean, overall while I was there the cleaners did a fab job making the bed and replenishing with clean towels. There was however several brown marks on the wall paper next to the safe - I don't even want to know what it was! The room was very small - more like bijoux! There was no comfort at all. The bed could have done with a softer headboard. I had two pillows which were rubbish, I asked for a third, and that was equally as bad! The room has no kettle which is something I would consider a basic! Thankfully I'd brought my own travel kettle so I could at least enjoy a morning coffee.The rooms are advertised as 'sound proofed' or whatever term they use. This is absolutely not the case as I could hear EVERYTHING and I mean everything!! From people flushing the toilet, to people walking around, conversations, chairs being scraped along the floor repeatedly as people couldn't be bothered to pick them up and move them. Doors banging repeatedly throughout the night, and I'd like to add that this is NOT an isolated incident, although I understand one night in particular a car was being broken into outside which resulted in a disrupted night. But every night doors banging, chairs scraping really starts to grate. I did complain to reception, and if they had have been a decent hotel, I'm sure they would have offered to let me move to a quieter room, but they didn't. I was met with rudeness, and absolutely no empathy at all.I had a room which faced the street which I didn't mind, it was a little noisy but I didn't mind and you don't notice road noise with the door shut, especially with the noise from other guests!

Nice hotel. We only stayed a few days, but it was a pleasant stay.

Thin walls. We could hear well what was going on in other rooms.

It has lot of facilities and it was close to the beach and shops

It is a bit annoying that you have to pay for the SPA and the water of the pool outside is way too cold

Close to beach - nice pool - free parking nearby.

Pillows - too soft - No tea/coffee facilities in room. Check out 11am! Foyer could be more inviting/cosy. Cold receptionist on checkin - no welcoming smile - or didn’t offer any local information. Hotel 4* more like 3* pool not serviced with bar.

The breakfast and dinner was good. The location is 5 minutes from the beach. The stuff was friendly. I was able to find a place in the swimming pool area.

I saw some mold in the bathroom. It is not possible to exchange dollars to euro in the hotel. It was very noisy on the balcony because the hotel is on the busy road. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Hotel should not be 4 stars. Reviews in booking .com can't be 8.5.must me a mistake, pool very small ,overlooked by ghetto-ish private apartments ,hardly enough sun beds ,no bar or cafe beside pool, terrible atmosphere, no music ,entertainment, nothing ,in bar beside reception always empty,no atmosphere. , dreary place ,miserable, its more like private air bnb , 4 stars ?? I don't think so. 2 stars at most. Very disappointed. Blanes itself very bad resort..

Excellent. The staff were extremely helpful. The beautifully clean apartments were perfect and modern. Nothing not to lie about this lovely hotel

The location of this small hotel is excellent. 3 mins walk to bus station, 5 mins to beach and we found it very quiet. The pool is small but all nicely kept . Staff were all very pleasant. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m in Blanes

Really bad smell in bedroom....damp/mouldy smell. Very off-putting and will stop us from returning.

Quiet hotel in an excellent location. Close to the bus station for trips to Barcelona, and close to the beach.Very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The cups and glasses in the room were not replaced with clean ones each day during housekeeping.
