Nice room, good breakfast, nice lobby, nice pool

Not much activities, no soap on room (we Asked and never arrived) and we had two individual beds together instead of one big

Spa was decent and an exceptional value for the price, and the breakfast was really good.

Was a bit noisy in this hotel guests from all various floors and room were up late and so not good if you are looking for quiet.

The half board was great, the room was comfortable, views lovely.

Smell of sewerage in the room of the top floor, as others have mentioned. However, the window being open can help.

Only one lift on this plot is asset sweating. For that alone, it should be 3 star. An example of asset ownership before hoteliers. Fortunately, their staff run the business.

A lovely hotel when staying in Blanes. Its the second time I stay here and will use it again. Very high class and great for a relaxing holiday. Great breakfast. Best value dinner buffet in town. Friendly helpful staff. Great facilities. Close to beach and easy parking around the hotel.

The reception can get long queues which can be frustrating. The sausages in the breakfast buffet could be better. Quite a walk in to the center of blanes.

Superior room was good.

No tea making facilities in room. Asked 3 times for kettle but to no avail. Location was quite a walk 30 minutes to old town and harbour. Not enough sun beds.

The two twin beds were put together as "one" but kept sliding apart,... not that much of a problem though

The hotel is very clean, and its location is excellent. It’s close to the beach and about a 20-minute walk from the center of Blanes. This is a family-friendly hotel, and we didn’t encounter any inconveniences or disturbances during our stay. The views from the balcony were beautiful, and the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was fresh and delicious, with enough variety each day to keep things interesting.I also appreciated their clear policy regarding the sunbeds by the pool, ensuring everyone has a fair chance to relax on one. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were cleaned daily, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

A few aspects of our stay left us somewhat less satisfied. The two small elevators were a particular issue, especially since we were on the 7th floor—it often took a long time to get upstairs, and we rarely used the elevator to go down. Even without luggage, the elevators felt cramped.Another downside was the see-through bathroom design. To access the toilet, you have to pass through the bathroom, which made privacy a bit tricky. It required some coordination with the others in the room. Additionally, our suite didn’t match the photos we had seen online. Although the room was spacious with a separate bedroom, it wasn’t what we had expected based on the advertisement.The room had very few electrical outlets, so keep that in mind. We also opted for indoor parking, but I wouldn’t recommend it for larger cars. The parking area is crowded with pylons and other vehicles, making it difficult to maneuver. On top of that, the car charging station didn’t work for me—whether it was an issue with yet another app or card I didn’t have, I’m not sure, but it simply wouldn’t function.

Nice Room, Cleaned every day. Nice pool. Drinks at pool very reasonable price and good service . Breakfast was good. Balcony view in room of pool area. Staff were friendly. Relaxing Hotel. Gym was good/adequate .

Slight smell of "something in room " which was always noticeable when entering the room . We were in a suite . Could have been more selection of food at pool area. About 15 to 20 minute walk to town centre.

Nice structure, with nice swimming pool and garden

All in all i am happy with the hotel and i would come back. Only thing we really did not like was that the dishes in the restaurant (buffet style) were not very clean. They were always a bit oily. I hope the restaurant manager can fix this issue

Great location, the room with a pool view also has a sea view. Facilities are great.

The staff was horrible - my friend and I were very uncomfortable during most of our interactions with them. They were mostly unfriendly and standoffish. Special shout out to the unfriendly male receptionist who did our check-in (there was a group of about 20 to 30 guests checking in and we just wanted to know if we'd have to wait for everyone to check in first or if someone would check us in. Also, my foot was injured. He was just so unfriendly to us that we immediately wanted to leave). Another shout out to the lady in charge of checking guests into breakfast - Jesus Christ. What a horrible way to start the morning - the staring down at us, the 'grossed out' look and the unfriendly treatment. We really couldn't understand why people who apparently don't like customers end up in customer-facing roles.

Check in very very long (30 minutes with 2 kids)... Staff very nice. The worst is the restaurant... it is the first time I go in a 4 stars hotel with such a horrible experience. We noticed that products are very poor quality, glasses dirty.. including my kids weren't able to eat.. also, the room was not clean..., blanket smell bad (the previous customer). I requested extra blanket but same experience.. I asked why blanket are not in a plastic but I already knew the answer. I paid almost 800 euros for 3 days 2 nights and had to spend extra money for feeding my kids as I took the formula breakfast, lunch and dinner.. The last day 1/2 elevators was broken.. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars at all and it is a shame as the installation are nice

Great view, clean room, good breakfast, private parking for a charge.

It took almost one hour to receive the keys to our room, even if there were 3 employees at the reception desk, they were really slow. Please make it faster.

I liked everything, mostly, the staff was just adorable, and very friendly, I got sick and they were very sweet to send me some food in my room, the spa is lovely, overall very cool

I didn't like the twin beds although it was my choice,

- location is ok, need to use local bus to go to Blanes (10-15 mins), but hotel is located a few mins from beach on foot- room was good (suite)- food was good. But suprised they did not have much sea fruits- spa (big pool, jacuzzi, saunas and beginning of September was not crowded at all)

- staff (when we arrived on hotel they said we had to pay more 900 euro for our stay, because reservation of suite which we booked on booking.com was only for 2 persons. After some discussions with manager it appeared that we need to pay only 250 euro more. It was weird to be in such situation, because we almost payed 900 euro more and in booking.com filters I selected room for 4 persons, so that was possible they charged us 250 euro for no reason. Also when I proposed to pay 80% of bill now and pay 20% tomorrow reception guy refused it and demanded us to pay 100% on check in. Both situations showed lack of competence of staff- no mini disco and animations for kids- security safe is not included in bill
