Hotel Costa Brava

Location, parking and safety.

Facilities are great, swimming pool is renovate, breakfast was good with many options (although few non-pork options). Fruits were all very fresh and so tasty. A bit of a line in the coffee area however. The comfort of the bed and bedding accessories was very good. Bidet was also clean and useful. Bathtub was also very worthwhile. Location is unmatched. Near everything. Including the bus stop for arrival/departure, laundry services, grocery, food options... All just in walking distance. Beach is also just a brisk walk away.

Other guests were at times noisy and soundproofing in general can be improved. The breakfast coffee machine is a single point of failure as the source of coffee which also leads to a line of people waiting for coffee. Specially those who are not familiar with how the machine works. Having brewed coffee and milk in a separate jar would have been convenient and more efficient. Breakfast could also have some more non-pork options but they compensate with many options of breads.

The room was not even close what they show in the pictures in booking / terrible bed , horrible pillows !! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Value for money, near to beach and shops, there is a swimming pool, breakfast has a reasonably good spread.

The furniture and interior design are relatively old.

I have to eat gluten and lactose free, and I had lots of choice.Immaculately clean room.Short walk to the beach etc.A proper hotel!I was able to leave my bags at midday on the day I arrived, and sit in the cool and comfortable lobby area after checking out of my room the following day while I waited to go to the train station.I wish I'd found this hotel earlier during my time in Blanes.

The breakfast is fantastic. So many options and fresh foods! The staff is very helpful, the property is spotless and it is an 8 minutes walk away from the beach!

Pleasant

The air conditioning did not work and instead pumped hot air into the room. We slept very poorly because the busy street noise meant that opening the window was not really an option. The night porter on duty was very helpful. He did not speak much English but he came to try and fix the air conditioning. Once he realised it was broken, he tried to move us to four other rooms, but he found that the air conditioning was also not working in those rooms.

Location of the Hotel, nearby the city center.

First of all, Superior Room is nothing than just a normal room. The expectation is to have a better comfort inside the room, such a small sofa and a bigger desk. Completely useless to spend such money on this room. I would not suggest it at all.Another aspect which needs to be improved is the breakfast offering. Always the same exact amount of few offerings (eggs, ham, few other things). only 2 types of fresh fruit, add a simple fresh fruit salad at least...

Stayed with a small group for a wedding in the area for four nights. Clean, comfortable hotel within easy walk of seafront and the centre of Blanes. Little old fashioned, breakfast was OK, but in general exceptional value for the price!

Breakfast and pool area was very nice. Maria was great at check in. Lobby clean and breakfast room was very nice.

The room was sad and tired looking, in need of a overhaul. The bathroom was very outdated and tight to shower. Very disappointed ?

The hotel is very organised and clean, you have a pool on the roof with a nice view of the town from above, the location was great it was not too far from the beach about 10 minutes walking.

the noise, excessive noise from every avenue, had to move room at least they were accommodating in this. the breakfast was awful, dreaded it every morning, eggs disgusting and really poor choice,

Such a great hotel in one of the best little towns I have ever been to. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was so nice and helpful. Rooms have everything you need!

For me it was the bed, too firm for my liking but that's just me, my partner thought it was perfect. I don't actually have any real complaints.
