Up Rooms Vic Hotel

The personnel was extremely friendly and very helpfull. We felt home from the beginning. Also the breakfast was outstanding

It was a little bit warm in the room, airconditioning seamed to be broken (or we didn't use it right).

Good location, easily accessible on foot from the train/bus station and close to the old town. Comfortable bed. Wifi was good.

There was no brush for the toilet, which was baffling. The shower was also difficult to use and the shower head holder was broken. We could not adjust the temperature in the room and the first night was really cold, with just a simple bed sheet and no blanket. We asked for blankets the next day and they only gave us one (there were two of us); when we noticed in the evening and went to ask for a second one at the reception, they could not even find one. Breakfast was okay but nothing special.

Very close to the center so walking is very convenient, the receptionist Ms. Laura is very friendly, thoughtful and enthusiastic to help!

The staff were a bit vacant and the breakfast was so expensive.Eat across the road more food and way better and fresh.

The best hotel in the city center of Vic and I'll keep coming back. Clean and very well maintained. Chic interiors and breakfast is wonderful. Shops and restaurants, supermarkets to pick up some necessities or a bottle of wine is just meters away Lovely location, and staff are very helpful

Clean and great Location

It was far too warm in the rooms. AC is not strong enough. Took me two hours to fall asleep as it was so hot and uncomfortable

Modern clean and luxurious room. Massive comfy bed. 500m to the centre of Vic. Ample street parking. Buffet breakfast ample and lots of choice.

A modern hotel with nice design in a convenient location in Vic. Staff was very helpful. Room and beds small but comfortable.

Modern hotel, spacious and clean room. Located close to the centre of Vic and a short walk to the train station.

On our first night the hotel’s air conditioning was switched off which made for an uncomfortable sleep, we spoke to reception and it was switched on for night two - it would have been good if they had communicated about the air con at check in.

Couldn't stop longer

The room was very comfortable, the staff was attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient and central, around 500 meters from the bus and train stations. The area is bustling with numerous cafés and restaurants. The University of VIC is less than a 10-minute walk away.

The only issue was that the Wi-Fi could be somewhat unstable at times.
