    • The location of the Hotel is the reason that made me return, I had already stayed there once before. The renovations in the lobby are beautiful. The hotel in general is great, the room is quite large, beds are comfortable and the garden is lovely. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
    • The hotel was very beautiful and well upgraded with a great garden and lounge and great location
    • Very nice central location in the old town of Vic. Literally steps away from beautiful architecture and historical sites.

    Cons -

    • The room did not have night stands or any table or desk, there are a couple of small shelves but definitely not enough. The worst part of the whole experience was breakfast. First, we were asked to seat in any table that didn't have a table cloth (there were 3 of them). We chose one near the window and the person in charge told us that was a table for 4 we needed to move to another one. The table she put us in was also for 4 but it only had 2 dishes. The table was next to a leakage from the air conditioning and water was spilling on us. We told her and she didn't accept to change us to a different table. We told the supervisor and she also insisted we could not use a table for 4 and had to remain there. In the end we had to put a napkin to absorb the water a bit. The table we had chosen in the beginning remained unused for the rest of the time we were in the restaurant.Besides, the resupply of breakfast food was too slow, when we arrived there was no cheese, no fruit, no milk. Definitely not the best. The only thing good about the whole breakfast experience were the scrambled eggs, those were great.
    • The service (not at front desk) was poor. The bar was open but never had staff, only being there 2 days, I had to constantly search for someone to take my order. Not what I expect from a 4star hotel, this is basic service
    • To begin, the room confused me for such a modern space. There was only one outlet by the bed and it was occupied by a long extension cord to power the phone over on the desk. Further, if you wanted to make coffee, you would need to unplug the phone to use the very same extension cord. Other plugs were around the room, but nowhere near a surface to put a phone or laptop on to charge. Additionally, only a very small waste basket in the bathroom. No waste basket was in the main room whatsoever. Further, the tiny (minimalistic) ledge by the bed had been bent by a previous occupant, so even a glass of water was pertched precariously. Returning to the bathroom, no lights were in the shower area resulting in a dark experience. Finally, a very nice staff greeted us, but we were presented with welcome drink coupons (not expected, but appreciated) until we went to use them and no one was tending the bar. Now, the room was a handicapped room (not sure why we were given one as we are not handicapped and the occupancy of the hotel was sparse), so that may have had a bearing on the peculiarities of this room.

It was very modern and very comfortable. The jacuzzi on the terrace was a real treat

    It doesn’t have a bar

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great and in proximity to restaurants and the old town. Had a room with views of the garden and town. Very clean and modern.

My wide had poached eggs that were so undercooked they were soupy and would have needed a spoon to eat. She had to send them back to kitchen for scrambled eggs. My omelet looked ok on outside but was undercooked on the inside. I could could not eat it and did not bother to send it back. Breakfast had supplementary charges for nearly half the items on menu. Ordered a glass of wine at reception at about 10 PM on the preceding night and then had to order it again as there was confusion by the restaurant staff. Nealy 30 minutes to pour a glass of wine.

It's the second or third time we stayed here. Everything was very good (as always) and the staff was very friendly and supportive. Located on the city center, very convenient.

Parking was a bit of a hiccup, but we already knew that. Last time we checked in they gave us an amazing room, and this one was a bit smaller (comparing with the last one), but it was comfortable either way.

Great location and staff , lovely town with great food.

Breakfast was ok but a bit underwhelming having read the reviews . The cooked options were very limited

We were extremely impressed. The hotel has just been refurbished so everything was spotless and "shiny" new. It's located in a breathtaking ancient building full of homey corridors, doors, and rooms. The mix of modern aesthetics of the decoration and the classic-romantic background setting creates a very special atmosphere. The romantic-style courtyard with its garden was out-of-this-world charming. Our room was spotless clean, big, well-lit and well-heated. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better, tastier and more plentiful, than at every single major hotel franchise we've stayed at for the last two or three years. We had a really unforgettable experience., Vic was astonishingly beautiful this time of year (autumn) and the hotel felt like home away from home.

Almost nothing. We only missed one more shelf or small closet in the bathroom. That's all!

Very well located, beautiful hotel and staff was extremely nice and helpful!

We were missing a kettle in our bedroom but we asked the kitchen to serve us a cup of tea so it was not problematic at all

Loved the hotel courtyard/gardens and is in a good location. We had a bright and spacious clean superior room. All the staff were really nice and helpful.

What was missing in the room was a kettle to make tea. There was only an expresso coffee maker. We also had no drawers or shelves to put clothes on or things in.There was also no mirror in the room for the ladies to get ready as was difficult in the bathroom. The rooms only need a few small changes. We would definitely go back & stay at this lovely hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer.Friendly helpful staff.

Only downside I'd it's a bit tricky to access

    Breakfast could be better .

Lovely location and beautiful old building. Rooms and hotel were super clean and aircon was really good which was a relief given the temperatures.Overall a lovely hotel with large rooms, comfy beds and lovely staff. Strongly recommended

Very clean and an interesting location

The layout of the large room was very odd. They made a great effort to make it elegant, but the space was awkward and impractical. I would rather have had a shower than a huge Jacuzzi tub. Also, the parking is underground away on the main Street. Initially difficult to understand with first arrival.

Location is good, overall facilities are nice

As it is a wedding/celebration place under the week there is minimal staff and also not knowledgeable about where to eat or to help you reserve something. I guess on Weekend it is better. Also we have the super suite of 100 m2 what has a whirlpool but no shower so it looks very improvised and for sure not Suite standard for a 4 Star S Hotel. Also no flowers , very cheap and low stuffed mini bar so all in all not worth the money for a suite. Maybe the standard rooms are more fair.

Its architecture, location, and friendly staff

The room. It was not what I expected.

    8DavidPosted on: 5-15-2024

The decoration and the whole vibe of the hotel

You can’t drive to the hotel. We need to walk around 3-5 minutes because it’s a pedestrian only

    9BrucePosted on: 5-14-2024

Beautiful grounds, exterior and interior. Aesthetically very pleasing and a historically interesting complex near beautiful old churches and Romanesque structures. Staff was exceptionally good.

Impossible to drive a car to the location due to narrow streets and restricted passageways. Breakfast service was adequate but did not compare to all the other locations we visited in Spain. No phone in room, small tv too far from bed, dangerously slippery tile extension to the shower floor.

    8GabrielaPosted on: 5-2-2024

Wireless chargers are a nice touch, and staff was very friendly and helpful

Lovely facilities, expected slightly bigger rooms and small add ons like a full size vertical mirror and soap holder in the bathroom
