Nice clean hotel with excellent breakfast. The people are nice and they have excellent hospitality.

Staff very helpful, clean rooms, good size of room, good size bathroom

lack of parking, high bath making difficult to get in and out if limited mobility, lack of drinks /snacks available for purchase

I liked the location and the cleanliness. The staff were friendly.

Well, there were some tails that were broken in the bathroom but those were only small cosmetic things. It didn't really affect our stay.

Very comfortable room excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Luggage storage on the day of departure was very helpful.

Might be good to add some coat hooks in the room, but really nothing else to complain about.

Breakfast is awesome, well thought of, and delicious. Nespresso coffee is served and I love it!Hotel is very clean, the dining room is bright and service is awesome, I had one of the best breakfasts in Vic.

Would have been better if it was closer to the city center, although it was just 15 mins walk away.

Friendly, helpful staff.. early checkin was organised..thank you. Great room and comfy bed. Easy location as I was on an overnight stay between Spain and France and didn’t want to be in the centre of the city.

Nothing.. everything was good.

The breakfast was a good selection of items including fresh fruit, pastries and hot food scrambled eggs and bacon. Staff were always helpful.

There wasn't anything to dislike, although the Internet went down but that was outside the control of the hotel.

The room and the bathroom were nice

Our room was closest to the elevators so it was super noisy from very early in the morning. They didn't mention the parking situation when we checked in, but be aware that the parking spots in front of the hotel are not free. The blue areas in the last city we visited were free during the low season (March) so we managed to get a parking ticket. And when we wanted to pay for it, it turned out to be a mission impossible during the weekend and our flight back was early on Monday. And when we showed the parking ticket to two persons in the check-in counter, they seemed to see a parking ticket for the first time in their lives and couldn't help us finding a way to pay for it. It should be possible in the parking machine, but it only showed error "ticket number not found".

Really friendly staff, a short work to the city center, about 15 mins, lovely breakfast.

The walls are a little thin, so early morning you can hear a lot of doors slamming when people are leaving earlier.

We arrived later than intended owing to flight delay, and no taxis at Vic station, although we waited for a while, no taxis came near the rank, we then walked to the hotel which took around 30 minutes as it was not so easy to find.on arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the receptionist Carlos, who was extremely welcoming, and over the time we stayed at the hotel, this gentleman was so helpful, it was our pleasure to meet him, exemplary service !

Basically, our only complaints were outwith the hotel. Fortunately there was a cafeteria close to the hotel, otherwise we would have been unable to take refreshment, as there were nowhere else open, and the lack of taxis are probably our main complaints

The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the historical center and 15 minutes walk from the bus station. They have a restaurant (was closed when I was there) or you walk to Plaza Mayor or around it to find restaurants and other shops, although there are 1 or 2 bars closer. The room was comfortable, quiet and with some view. Wifi good. Staff ok. The breakfast begins at 6 am what was very good because I had an early bus to catch. Breakfast was good.

a 15 minute walk from the historical center which isn’t bad but got tiring the 2nd or 3rd time in a day. also - breakfast was included in the Booking reservation but then they charged extra for it.

The room was nicely presented, with plenty of towels, fresh sheets, and additional tourist information. The room provides ample space for work and relaxing. The wifi connection is perfect, but a bit slow if you need to download files.

The cleaning staff arrive quite early in the morning - around 8:30 a.m. - and this can be a bit of a hindrance if you're getting ready to go out or dealing with an early morning business meeting. The cleanliness is acceptable, but I was a bit disappointed to find a lot of dust in the wardrobe and on the bed frame.
