- Staff was helpful, and pleasant. Transportation to and from the airport was on time.

Cons -
- There were several issues. Air conditioning did not work, hair dryer did not work, water in the shower was barely warm, meatballs at Leonardo Restaurant were hard due to over cooking, no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. So I would avoid this hotel.
- Strange configuration, different levels and elevators are combined with a need for half flight of stairs.
- The AC doesn't work, the worst experience ever. I am never going back there
