- The bed was extremely comfortable and the room met my expectations by far.
- Location, service, staff and cleanliness were all excellent. Close to the airport and train station and bus stop. Right next to the mall and across from the movie theatre. It is also located i a safer area.
Cons -
- It is hard to contact them through phone. I tried calling the same day to ask for a late check out, but I couldn't. I eventually contacted them through email, so it all worked out perfectly at the end
- The hotel was stark. The room had harsh LED lighting and Bear walls that were battered and dirty. Other than the smile of the receptionist, there was not much welcoming about this hotel. There was no coffee maker in the room and it cost ?1 in the lobby.
- We required transfers to the airport at 3:am but unfortunately, they start operating at 4:15 am. We ended taking a taxi to the airport. Would not stay here again.
