Clean warm good location

No kettle but free drinks down in lobby bit noisy online price was 47 with card booking but charged 67 when we got there was to tired to argue very annoying felt ripped off

Could not get the aircon to work so the room was very hot

Made an initial mistake on the dates and realised after confirmation, got in contact directly with the hotel and they were very kind and helpful, was easy to then pay the difference. The location is perfect especially for a one night stop and has a shopping centre right on its door step. The room was spacious and very clean. I stayed a couple of years ago at the other B&B Hotel Girona 2 which is just walking distance from this one and really enjoyed my stay hence why I decided to use again. The free tea and coffee machine is brilliant and just for that I reccomend. The staff are also very kind and helpful.

The parking is good but if you arrive late then you'll have to end up parking on streets or use the shopping centre cat park.

Easy to find, good parking and easy bus ride into Girona for sightseeing. Helpful staff.

Location was good right next to a shopping complex and free parking outside the hotel.Pets are accepted.

For our dog I looked on website before booking and no charge was shown for a pet but on arrival they charged 20€. I found this very high and much higher than anywhere else. It should have been clearly shown on this booking site. We will think twice before returning.

Very nosie at the night, near the airport, but so many cars, loud people, cant sleep until 1am

The location, accesible and parking.

The facilities are good and well maintained. The staff is friendly, good breakfast and convenient location.

Hotel suite was clean and comfortable and the staff were super warm, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also a delicious spread and you are near the mall and extra facilities.

Close to the motorway and shopping mall

There were two people begging for food money in front of the hotel entrance. Then the designated parking spaces were in a darker side of the street. however the big parking was good light and same distance

The reception was efficient, the room was clean and close to the lift as we requested. We had a very restful nights sleep.

Rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. Noise isolation of the room was sufficient. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. I like that we could use the breakfast room downstairs during the day. I appreciate that we could regulate temperature in our room with AC system, but also open a window.

We booked a room with two single beds, but when we came, the beds were next to each other. However, it was not a problem and we could move them.

Rooms are clean, comfortable. Can´t beat the price!

Check it was very slow; breakfast was good but too expensive

The room was clean the breakfast was minimal but we have stayed a few times so we come prepared.

The people in the room next door? were very very noisy and woke us up around 2am the shouting and loud talking went on for about an hour, we reported it to staff who were very good and asked them to be quiet.

There was not water included, no air conditioner, no break fast, no shampoo, no dental paste, no nothing
