Big rooms and very nice staff. Bed and pillow confortable.

Super slow internet (3UL/DL), just like it was 25 years ago (hotel what half full at most). Hotel would need a refresh.

Spacious modern room and bath. No street noise at all. View from hotel lobby and terrace. Very good breakfast also with view. Helpful staff. Fridge in the room.For me in these days the price was very good (70€ per night w/o breakfast)

A kettle in the room would be good. But at least you can prepare you coffee or tea in self service in lobby (2€).In my case not a problem but sound isolation to neighbour rooms seems not perfect.

Great hotel in a fabulous location on a hill overlooking Girona; yet only 10-15 minutes walk from the centre.

The room, The staff, the cleanliness

Large , clean very comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

the breakfast is exceptional, good variety. The view is amazing! and a lot of parking places really. The staff was pleasant. There is lift and nice lobby

it is on top of the hill, that's how there is such a nice view, though the road up was scary first. the price for the breakfast was a bit high, but later we understood that this is because it was really good.

The restaurant

My room and the front of the hotel they don't have lights. It was totally inacceptable, I'm disable and I have to walk inside of the hotel the evening of our arrive with no lights at all at the parking and at the front of the hotel

Staff were excellent and especially the young man at the bar/food area who was very kind and accommodating. The room was superb.

Would be useful to have an ironing board and iron in the room.

This is a very nice modern hotel, with large rooms and huge bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, big choice and good quality. It was very nicely decorated for Christmas. The location was good, near the old town and the city walls . Great views from the lobby and dining room.

The location and the view were great. The free parking was convenient. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very nice.

Nothing to complain about. We will gladly go back. I suggest that they might want to add their restaurant hours. We got there a little late and we were hoping to have dinner there, as we did once before( the food was excellent). The receptionist kindly told us we could have food delivered, but we chose to venture in the city. We had a hard time to find a place to eat.

Very slow check in process due to the software they use. It took us ~30 minutes to check in. Our room had view towards parking and was on the 1st floor. The parking was active and noisy until very late.

The view from the lobby was as good as the view from the Walls of Girona. It looks far on the map but really only a 5 minute walk (downhill) to the river side. From there you can start walking to all the attractions. Very convenient location aaaand…free parking.

The glass wall between the bedroom and the washroom was only covered with sticker. There is a silhouette you can see. This is awkward because I was staying with my sibling and not my wife.

The room was sprayed with some perfume/refresher which was quite a bit too much - took a lot of time to get the smell from the room.

Really excellent hotel. Secure parking. The staff were attentive & helpful. Really clean & comfortable room. Close to centre & restaurants. Brilliant breakfast buffet.

Beautiful view from the hotel, nice bar and lounge, tiny but clean and nice rooms.Not far from Girona oldtown!
