Friendly & helpful staff. Parking garage beneath the hotel with direct access, no need to park out front. Comfortable, quiet, & spacious rooms. NOTE: if you use a Telepager you should deactivate it before entering the parking garage so that you can be sure to get a paper ticket. Presenting the ticket to the front desk will entitle you to a validation discount, that is substantial, when you check out.

Staff is excellent. Originally they assigned a room in the front which was too noisy, they changed it immediately when I requested. They were also very attentive to my little dog being afraid of the revolving door and made sure to open the other doors for her.
For some reason, there are not Kleenex or tissues in the rooms. Everything else is great, love the shampoo and body washes. Tissues would be nice to have.

Very clean & comfortable room. Perfect location - very easy walk to the river & old quarter.
Shower could use some maintenance- leaks onto bathroom floor & shower pan was wobbly. We had to request extra bath mats.
Excellent renovated hotel. Perfect for families. We have two kids so 4 of us total and we had the Junior Suite. It’s in a great location near shopping and centric to Girona. Old town is just a short walk away. We also arrived very late due to flight delays and the reception was open of course which we appreciated.
The con is carpet in the hotel room. The place is perfect and the decor is modern and luxurious but the carpet is a big no when I see them in hotel rooms. I will say the carpet is very clean and soft. Seems new! But still the only con.

The hotel is in a central part of Girona, is clean, modern and sensible. It doesn't excel at much, but is pretty good at most things.
Breakfast wasn't as good as we have at other similar hotels, but was fine...
Location was great: easy walking distance to old town and railway station. The bed was very comfortable. There are real efforts being made to make the hotel environmentally friendly.
Breakfast was expensive. Hot food was underwhelming.
