Room was beginning to look shabby, not the best location to old town, was difficult to find

The breakfast was great ! Location is within 15 minutes from city center. Parking was included . The experience was overall nice.

Friendly staff, clean hotel , good secure parking garage. Good location easy walk to historic center and lots of restaraunts, grocery stores, coffee shops within walking distance.

Some of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Crappy tv and channels available.

Very clean room, comfy beds, and a great bathroom in a quiet area. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

It was a bit farther from the old center of town than I thought, but that is on me, not the hotel!

The pool area was not as nice at it looked in the photos. The downstairs bar area was not very atmospheric or comfortable.

We had a great stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and was always well stocked. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was that the windows could be better insulated, as street noise was quite noticeable at times. Quieted down after evening rush ended.

The room was spacious and the bathroom had a huge cast iron tub to soak in. The hotel was clean and the bed was a REAL KING SIZED BED, not two twins pushed together so you fall in the crack between them.

There was no free breakfast. We could have had one included for an exorbitant fee, but it was far cheaper to go to a restaurant and get a better breakfast

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast had very good selection so would suit most tastes. Hotel is about 15 min walk from the main city area and attractions but plenty of taxis available if needed. Spent much of the week cycling and hotel happy to accommodate cyclists.

Whilst the beds were comfy they need a headboard. Couldn't sit up in bed to watch tv or read as the beds just slipped away from the wall. Very annoying.Bar - no Campari or Vermouth. In Spain!!Not

Clean, staff were ever helpful and accomodating.

Small issues - access cards to the room were not functioning twice, so had to go down to lobby to get new ones activated. Twice not functioning on two separate occasions, so two trips to the reception at the main lobby. Also, the wall was probably not that sound proof, as I can hear people chatting about from next door up till 3am in the morning, which disturbed sleep. Other than that, everything was great!

It was located in a nice area, had a supermarket nearby if anything was needed, plenty of fast food restaurants and everything was within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel that provided room service was absolutely incredible.
