Good location, central. Confortable bed.

Bathroom extremely smelly from the sewage.Some walls in the room had water infiltration stains.

Great location, close to old town, many options for casual eating and large grocery store one block away. Room was smallish, but comfy. Bed, pillows and bedding were superb. We had some issues with getting TV to work, but staff were efficient and helpful in getting fixed. Big window facing street had nice view. Smal fridge in room was helpful. Easy 2 block walk from train/bus station.

The room was small, but certainly doable for two people. There were only about 5 rooms on each floor and while we could hear people outside our room, it wasn't disruptive.

The location was excellent. I was able to walj anywhere in the old city in just a few minutes including the train station.

It was perfectly clean and the bed super comfortable.

It was too hot and it felt stuffy, even though it was winter! We had to sleep with the windows open.

Big negative. Why is the toilet paper holder placed so that you cannot sit on the toilet in a normal position? Why is it poking into my side so that I have to twist into a strange yoga position to use the toilet? To use the toilet you need one foot in the shower and then you need to lean forward and at an angle tilted away from the wall. Absurd.

i liked the room and it was comfortable. Location is excellent for enjoying Girona.

Cleanliness in the room. i unplugged the fridge because the light was flashing and would disturb my sleep and it was very dirty behind it. i told the staff at reception but nothing was done about it.

Good location, clean and well organized.

Near the train, easy to find and to get around Girona. No frills hotel, easy to leave our luggage at the lockers (it's limited qty though) . The rooms were small but had everything we needed for a night's stay.

Multiple weird msgs from hotel/booking platform asking me to fill in details and pay ahead which I ignored.

Great functional room. Nice lounge area with available water, tea, and coffee. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Thanks. It is walking distance from the old part of town

There is some street noise.

The location, close to the train station, was perfect for me. The maid service was lovely, very accommodating and helpful. It was also useful to be able to prepare a coffee in the dining area. Most especially, as I have a hearing problem, it offered a quiet place for conversations with Catalan friends I needed to see.

The clients should be well informed of what code to use in the mornings for reentry in the hotel when there is no receptionist. Your receptionist claims she informed me but didn't try to raise her voice when it was obvious I had difficulty hearing. This problem could be avoided if you put the instructions in writing on the slip that the clients receive with the no. of their hotel room. I finally realized I could use the code for my room but only after a frustrating day or two.

The room was good and the shower excellent.

The reception is not 24 hours there on-site

I thought the location was very good. We wanted to be in the city but not in an old part. I thought the security was very good. It was walkable.

The air conditioning in the entire hotel was broken and it was very very hot in Girona.

Very clean and spacious place. We had a room with a nice view and it was very quiet and the bed was so comfortable I already miss it

The bathroom door didn’t close all the way, there was always a gap in there. I went to ask someone from the reception a couple of times but no one was there. They do offer to help via WhatsApp but we were there for so little time we didn’t want to waste on it.

No breakfast. No 24/7 reception

Conveniently located close to the railway and bus station, 15 minutes walk. There are many places nearby where you can have breakfast and lunch. The rooms are small, but very clean and are great for 1-2 nights. There is a comfortable lounge area and a place to store luggage. We waited there comfortably for about an hour after checking out at 12:00, since we had a gap of time before the bus to the airport.

I didn't understand the person at the reception very well because of his strong accent and fast speech. Just a request to speak more slowly ? Or maybe I should improve my English ?

Lovely accommodation. Short walk from railway station. Room wasn't huge but the layout made it feel very spacious. Great amenities in room.....including lovely toiletries, valuables safe, air con, tea/ coffee/ kettle and fridge. Lounge space on 1st floor to make drinks and store luggage. Would happily stay here again.

Perfect location, close to the shopping area and many restaurants. Rooms were clean and had the basic amenities. The lady at the reception also helped book us a taxi for early morning the next day. Good value for the price.

The room were very cramped. We had booked the 3-people room and it didn't have space to open all 3 suitcases. The common area on the first floor did not have enough cutlery for us to use so we had to share 2 forks amongst the 5 of us.

Location/ cleanness/ new facilities/ very kind staff at reception/ quiet place / good views / coffee station with kettle/ bottle of water daily/ iron board/ mini fridge
