La televisión no funcionaba ni con el control remoto ni con el boton que tiene la tele, aparte tuve una super mal experiencia con el recepcionista y la encargada del hotel.

El recepcionista prepotente, me prohibió la visita, aun cuando dije que solo íbamos a platicar en el cuarto ya que eran las 2 am y nos sentíamos inseguros en la calle. Nos tuvimos que ir a la calle. En ningún hotel (mas de 100) me han prohibido la vis

We received a free upgrade to a suite, which was very much appreciated. Our room was amazing! We had a view of the main street and we got to watch the Three Kings parade from our room. Our room was spacious. The bathroom was amazing! It had a fan, which most don't. The shower was big and perfect. We loved the room! The only thing missing was the bidet. There was a tea kettle and coffee maker (though the property only provided 2 decaf pods and 2 regular coffee pods, if you wanted more, you had to buy them from the front desk). The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were provided. The windows had automatic black out curtains, which was really nice. The location was excellent. There was a little market across the street, which was very convenient. It was super close to the center of town. We could also walk to the train station, which was great. Everyone was so very nice. The breakfast was a little scarce compared to the other two hotels that we stayed at, but it was nice all the same. We really enjoyed our stay here.

No bidet and the toilet paper was thin and rough. We could hear the neighbors coming in and out, but if they didn't have kids, it probably wouldn't have been as noticeable.

Good hotel for a fair price. The rooms were spacious and comfortble, the staff very friendly and the location unmatchable.

The room size was adequate. The staff were very friendly, and the cleanliness was satisfactory.

The rooms are a bit old. I could smell the sewage during the night, as well as from the toilet and inside the elevator. So the place smelled bad.

A kettle with tea/ coffee would have been much appreciated. (Was told only available in superior room). Bar was not open in the evening, so could not get warm / cold drink at night. Unfortunately sink was blocked.

Nothing. Just that the receptionist on our second day of stay could smile more. The first lady who received us was simply fantastic and absolutely friendly
