Perfect location next to the old town but quiet at night. We also walked there from the train station. Would definitely go back again.

There was nothing at all not to like.

Hotel Gran Ultonia is one of our favorite hotels ever. The location is good, it is immaculate, and the breakfast is outstanding.

We aren’t crazy about the parking fee. Frankly, I would like to have them provide free parking for those staying at the hotel.

Good location near the mediaeval centre. Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. Spacious, comfortable room.

Lovely hotel, the terrace has a great view and the sofas are comfy, food and cocktails were great. The room was very clean, big (Queen Room) and the staff are super friendly and polite. I will definitely come back.

Parking ramp quite narrow. Receptionist gave our friends a voucher for a free drink, but not to us. We had to remind them.

Property was at edge of old town, had gated parking and had breakfast at an additional charge if needed.

Rooms had roof leaks, hallways had leaks and buckets all over, it was unsafe and had lack of maintenance.

- a lot of dust in the closet- also are missing the flip flops - the heating cannot be controlled

Rooms are very dark. Breakfast hall like a conference room. Not comfortable.

Location is fabulous, minutes from the town centre and all facilities. Breakfast was good. Bike room excellent, secure, well equipped with tools, wash station, pumps and a water fountain.

My room was on first floor so suffered from street noise in to the early hours. Would like the hotel to have a pool & spa.Hotel should provide free water in room too.

The location was perfect close to Old Town and to the train/bus station. Staff were so accommodating. No problem leaving luggage in storage while we went to explore.
