Mood Hotel

The hotel is very modern located right off the highway. The city center is about 10 minutes away. They have a restaurant on site that was a little pricey but we found a restaurant across the street that had great food (Gambrinus Ristorante Pizzeria). The hotel has plenty of parking available.

The beds were very uncomfortable and they only gave one pillow that was very flat. Also they had plenty of space in the room where a chair or sofa could have been placed so your only option was to sit on the bed.

Hotel was extremely clean, room was lovely with great shower, lovely breakfast, great wifi coverage Staff were excellent ?

I am strict vegetarian. I was waiting for more than two hours to get my dinner on my table They have all fish menus They feel discomfort to share vegetarian food I will not recommend for international traveller's this hotel

Very clean, very comfortable

We stayed here a week ago and had a lovely meal in the restaurant, so we booked again. We have also recommended the hotel to our English friends. Sadly, the restaurant wasn’t open. We weren’t told about this when we booked and we weren’t given an explanation of why it wasn’t open, just that it was closed

Huge insect laying in the tub , the staff are not so friendly and acting strange

The hotel is new, the interior is in general good. Check-in and check-out was fast. Parking was always available. Breakfast was not bad, especially when they had all of the supplies (that was not the case for all the days). Air condition was fine and the bed was comfortable.

The majority of things. First of all, during the two first days of stay, few things disappeared from the room: the underwear and the barrette of my girlfriend's. In one day, one item was lying on the table in front of the room. The second day, the other item was in an opened baggage. Was noticed that right after the cleaning in both days. We are not the persons who are able to lost our things in a 15 m2 room and we do not face such cases in our everyday life. The receptionist and, mostly, the cleaning lady was not helpful and a bit of aggressive after reporting the situation to them. But after this conversation no other item disappeared. Have no solid evidences, but the coincidence is quite impressive. Another point is that they charged the first night two weeks in advance, despite the fact that Booking told me I have to pay nothing before the check-in. And in the day of arrival they automatically charged the full stay amount from my credit card. Again, the Booking told me I will stay amount during the check-in. Will only use disposable cards or the cards with no money on it for the booking from now on. Also on the last 3 days the breakfast no bacon was served as usual (yes, this is critical for me). The milk coffee quality was unstable - from extremely poor to good (good was only once) depending on the personal preparing it. Having a 20000$ espresso machine and let barista froth the milk for a minute without any control while they do some other stuff is wild...

Breakfast and also diner was very good.Fresh products and with the breakfast enough choise.

The room was hot due to unusual high temperatures and it was impossible to turn on the AC making that night impossible to sleep. For a high tech hotel that issue makes me to rate them very low.

Everything was amazing. In particular the staff.The guy in the reception was very polite, despite we arrived very late he was so kind.The girl in the morning amazing, she ironed the T-shirt for us because we requested if we could take the iron.Amazing staff! Never seen before in italy! Congratulations!

Very good overall quality of the premises, and friendly staff. The restaurant is also very nice, with a reasonable price.

Great location, near the motorway but couldn’t hear any traffic whatsoever. Restaurant and staff couldn’t be better, especially the restaurant manager Marco. Our room was great size and immaculate.Loads of parking space.
