Very central location, close to the beach, but also quiet and peaceful at night. Nice and comfortable rooms, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Small rooms. We had 3 rooms. One room was not smelling nice. We open the windows but mosquitoes came in.

Comfortable, friendly hotel, our room had a terrace with table, and a good large bathroom. Quiet, but 5 mins walk from beach and central Castiglione. Bikes were offered. The staff - Elena and Roberta - were very helpful. We found free parking outside. We plan to stay again.

I was lucky this was one of the very few choices for a hotel that had left by the time I booked my trip - I might have missed this gem otherwise! I had already read the stellar reviews about the place but it surpassed my (already high) expectations.Of course the hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and small but well equipped with everything that's necessary for a comfortable stay. It also has views towards the inviting sea or towards the hill with the castle on top that looks like it was taken out of a too-good-to-be-true book about Tuscany.Still, what beats all of this is the care of Elena and Roberta who are there as if to welcome you into their home. They are kind, caring, helpful with the logistics, and always carry a smile! When we left, we felt we were leaving our friends who'd hopefully wait for us to return.If I find my way back to Castiglione, I will run to this place. Until then, I recommend it to those finding their way there in the meantime!

Our apartment with large balcony was perfectly located for the nearby beach and central Castiglione della Pescaia. AC was good, the staff were very helpful when we needed a courier delivery and local suggestions. Parking was in a lot about 5 minutes' walk away, the distance was not a problem, as luggage can be left/collected from a very short term parking space. We would be very happy to stay again.

The kitchen and eating area was aprx 8 feet by 3 feet and that was the entirety of none bedroom spaceThe picture in the ad shows a nice balcony ,there wasn’t any for our room. With the limited space it definitely needed a balcony.

The location is very good, close to the beach and the pedestrian area in the city center but laid back enough to provide quiet at night. Roberta at the reception was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, providing every sort of information.The hotel offers, among other things, bikes for free and discounts in some local restaurants , a welcome plus.
