Staff a bit short. Room not as referenced in pictures. Price steep for room.

Room was clean,staff are excellent, great breakfast.

The breakfast spread was excellent. This was a repeat visit so we already know the hotel and what to expect. It is very well located and well run.

No complaints.

It is right on the waterfront with sailboats outside. There are a poles outside where you can tie your motorcycle up. The staff wanted to carry my bags up to my room. A man at the front desk knew that asked if I wanted to speak Italian and if I was learning, I said yes, and he said he would speak slow slowly and he helped me with my Italian later on he helped me connect my laptop. The restaurant is absolutely top flight. The breakfast is to die for. The view is magnificent. I don’t even know how much I paid to stay here but however, much it is it’s a wonderful value. If I were in America, it would be $800 a night. The whole ways are wide. The steps are made of marble or whatever and they are wide with wonderful railings. The room is a little small, but who the hell needs a big room and it’s more than large enough. For me with with incredible closet space there are outlets wherever you need them in the room and there’s a wonderful little teapot with every selection of tea and coffee you could want. I’m only staying one night but someday I will be back and I will stay for a week because the town is absolutely gorgeous. It’s it’s a little gem. I’m not given to hyperbole. I have left some scathing reviews of hotels before and restaurants. This place is just magnificent. The breakfast is on the top floor and you can look out over the town in the harbor. It is clean and cheerful and cheery.

Hallways were not pleasant - odour and warm. Bikes are in ill-repair - invest in some new bikes!

Great breakfast. Lots of choices of food. You couldn't get a better location. Very close to downtown. Comfortable bed. Lots of room for parking a small distance from hotel.

We used the bikes that the hotel. They need a bit of TLC. A few not in very good working order. Actually not working at all. Everything else was great. Using the bikes was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke good English and some even spoke German which we did not expect. The room has a small minibar and air conditioning

We were underwhelmed to say the least. Our room was at the far end of the hotel. Bathroom window was overlooking some back parts of the hotel and the curtain was see through. The shutter belt for the blinds was very old and practically unusable. The whole room was very small and old. No good deal for the price we paid. We stayed in much nicer places for less money all over tuscany. The price is probably because it's right on the ocean and the harbor.

The bed was very hard and because we had the room to the street, then it was very noisy.It was a bit dirty at the toilet with a little bit of dust and a couple of dark/black hairs.

Everything was good except for canal side room.

Canal side rooms sit above a 24 hour bar.No good during our stay from Thursday to Sunday as bar (and noise) does go for a solid 24 hours!!Sleeping very difficult!!

Location was perfect. The place is s gem beaches great restaurants and shops. Had 4 nights there. Hotel is perfect

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was too small, breakfast was terrible and our room was quite noisy due to a busy road outside. Parking was also a problem as the free hotel car park actually turned out to be about 500m from the hotel, involving a 15 minute round trip to fetch the car.

This is a great well used hotel.Everything functions but is a bit tired..I still loved it.The decor and position are great.The breakfast is generous and feels a bit like being on a cruise!There's a tiny roof terrace to look onto the port and order bar service.Parking easy.Really close to the thriving evening restaurant/shopping buzz.

The air con didn't really work.Only double rooms have views but I think all rooms have a small terrace.

Bathrooms, mold… outdated …

We have been going to this hotel off and on for years, and it has improved, with new decor in the rooms, greater comfort and facilities. Great location.

Breakfast is always a bit haphazard, but there is plenty to choose from, it's just a bit chaotic.
