Exceptional location, walking distance to restaurants, beach, free parkinf areas and dowtown of Marciana Marina. The staff is super friendly, good breakfast and the rooms are clean and confortable. 100% recommended.

The bed was quite hard, and the air conditioning was not great.

Nice hotel in Marciano Marina. Clean and comfortable. Good Italian breakfast and very friendly staff. The location is perfect, less than a minute walking from the seaside and near all the restaurants and shops. It was also very easy to find free parking a few minutes away from the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and large rooms, good breakfast with excellent coffee. Great location within walking distance of all that Marciana Marina has to offer. Nearby free parking is also convenient.

The facilities are limited (e.g. no pool), but given the proximity to beaches this was not a problem as we were exploring the island each day.

Location, parking, room facilities all very good. Breakfast was amazing with the lovely accommodating staff always having my gluten free basket of products ready for when I arrived for breakfast . Pleasant and efficient. Always happy to help with any request / even went asked for an Iron. Very close to beach/ sea front and easy access to many restaurants locally. Laundry facilities just a few doors down from hotel - brilliant if travelling around.

Very helpful and friendly staff, location in the marina 30m from the embankment with a lot of restaurants, cafes and small shops

It is a very noisy location. if I new, I wouldn’t have chosen it. The hotel should mention it in the description to avoid bad reviews. It can fit to 20 years old students who never sleep. In the evening & night there are concerts with loud music in a bar for 15-years old adolescents just around the corner. During the day the street where rooms and terraces go becomes a “highway”, so that you hear nothing if you speak on the phone in the room. The WiFi is very poor. I used mobile internet for WhatsApp calls without video. The terrace requires better cleaning - seats on the chairs with stains and sand from previous guests, dusty table

very nice staff, rooms were perfectly comfortable with cold air conditioner. Bathroom and shower was very nice as well.  location to town is exactly where you want to be. 

Nothing bad to say about the property

Great stay after a long drive. Clean and comfortable and importantly to us, put us where our old dog had no steps to navigate and a covered terrace for him to walk round. They even provided 2 dog bowls!

The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were spacious. But the main thing is the staff was exceptionally helpful with many good ideas.

This is not the fault of the hotel but the buses were very unreliable. Travelers going to Marciana Marina should be aware of that.

The hotel is perfect. Room is big and comfortable. the hotel is near the beach and the breakfast is good.
