In the center of Montefalco. Nice breakfast.

Our ¿deluxe¿ room was dark, wall paint worn and chipped, ripped and worn out upholstery, squeaky bed. Toilet in the corner of the room. Only views covered by scaffolding or of an alley. Stayed in a beautiful hotel in Paciano the night before for 2/3 price

The room was beautiful, big and had so much character. It was warm despite its big size and everthing worked perfectly.

Very cute hotel in the heart of quiet Montefalco. The owners were lovely. Served a minimal but adequate European breakfast. Beautiful view from our room looking over the Umbrian hills!

The shower water pressure could have been better. Day one the water seemed fine but the next day it was like there was an overload of chemicals or chlorine… not sure what happened. Definitely wouldn’t drink the water.

Convenient location in old town Perugia

Dark hallways. Thought motion detector wasn't working but there are switches that you can't see in the dark. Used phone flashlight.

Nice hotel in a convenient location with parking not too far away. Bed very comfortable, nice linens, and room was very clean. Bathroom was a good size. Breakfast staff were nice. Easy walk to the main square, shops and restaurants right nearby. Outdoor breakfast dining was nice.

Initially a bit difficult due to a language barrier. At first we did not feel welcomed as no other staff spoke to us, but that changed over time. White towels had a couple of stains which were unappealing. Breakfast was good but few choices.

The property was centrally located in the beautiful medieval town of Montefalco. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in early after my bus arrived late morning. I had only hoped to store my luggage. The location was very good for the sights and the bus station or car park, the room very comfortable and breakfast was enjoyable.

It's a friendly hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Montefalco, the prices are extremely reasonable.

Hot water ran out before second shower finished. Not enough hot water to fill the bath tub.

Would have prefered that the bath and toilet hadn't bin inside the bedroom, that felt more ackward.

Loved the availability and kindness of the staff, use of the facilities, breakfast. Location was fantastic. Questions were answered quickly. They let us stay with our dog! Which is incredibly kind on their part!

The beds were two single beds put together, which was not so comfortable. A lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms can be heard. But honestly, the price was fantastic and nobody wants to stay in bed all morning when you're in such a wonderful place!

Our room was large and really nice. From memory we stayed in the superior room.

Parking was difficult. We couldn’t have the car nearby due to traffic restrictions but that’s part of being within the old city of Montefalco.

I liked the room size and facilities, there were several neon lights to create different atmospheres. We found a clean bathroom and there was air conditioning to warm up the room. The staff has been polite and professional. I would suggest the room to other travellers.

Nowadays, I expected to find a smart tv in the room. The owners could update the tv with Chromecast or Firestick to level up the general confort for cheap. We found the floor of the bedroom a little dusty. The coffee we had for breakfast could be much better.

Lovely little hotel centrally positioned with gorgeous view from our room. Kind front desk who recommended a fabulous nearby restaurant for dinner. The hotel was easy to find, quiet but right in the middle of the delightful town.
