Really beautiful hotel, ideally located for the autostrada, super comfortable beds which is unusual for Italy and really friendly helpful staff

The hotel states that it has two very well respected resturaunts which both turned out to be closed, they should inform of this at the time of booking,It’s very important to me when travelling with a car because that’s what I look for.

Very beautiful place to stay . The view from swimming pool is stunning. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming. The food in Taverna is great.

It’s a pity the swimming pool close during the May . But it’s still amazing place to come

The hotel is located very close to the autostrada but at the same time it’s very green, offers beautiful views and peace.All the staff members were extremely kind, welcoming and willing to help. The rooms were of a good size, spotless clean and in good shape. We loved the beautiful pool and restaurant. From here you can easily reach some beautiful Tuscan towns like Pienza or Montepulciano.

We were staying with our little kids and went to see the playground. Unfortunately it wasn’t really taken care of. So I would either improve it or remove it at all not to ruin the beautiful image of the place.

The whole experience was exceptional. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was serene. It was a short drive away from all many major cities.

Excellent location, comfortable room and bed. We were there for 3 nights, enjoyed everything, the restaurant, pool and service.

The property was beautiful - very old fashioned in a good way. Surroundings were astonishing! Room was spacious and comfortable.

That we only stayed there for 1 day :)

No care for regular clients

We have been going there for the past 6 or 5 years and we book two double rooms as we are a family of 4. During our stay now they charged us an extra person because the receptionist said that we booked for three adults for one room. She did not want to change this. Therefore after being regular clients for many years we won’t go back there anymore. There are plenty other hotels in Toscane so now they loose us.

This is such a beautiful property! It so peaceful and truly a work of art everywhere you look. It had such old/classic Italian charm and is the perfect image of a Tuscan villa. The bedroom was beautiful and very comfortable for two people. The grounds are lovely to walk around and the pool is truly so beautiful and refreshing. The staff was also wonderful and very helpful. This property exceeded our expectations and I would gladly stay there again! I wish I had been able to stay longer!

The restaurant at the property is just ok. Better for lunch and it would be better to get dinner somewhere else.

room was a little tired and dark. the location has a beautiful view out the back but is not a very lovely part of town. limited nice lunch options close by

loved the easy access to the area and the super helpful customer service provided by the front desk in helping with outside trip/activity planning.

The rooms were very impressive. Immaculately clean and modern. All the amenities in the room were fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable. The area was quiet and the hotel have a lovely ambiance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our bags. Room security was excellent.

Beautiful boutique hotel with everything to set up your Christmas mood. It’s easy to find. Location is good and easy to travel if you drive , there are many nice towns nearby to visit. I like that rooms has a bath.

The location was perfect for exploring Tuscany and is conveniently located. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the food in the restaurant/tavern was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful Villa on a hillside; very clean and well maintained. Fantastic and helpful staff. 10 minutes to the train station and the historic town of Chiusi. Nice to relax with drinks around the pool.

My only disappointment was there are 2 restaurants - 1 was closed on the night we stayed and the other was booked for a private party. No real option for dinner other than to go off property. That turned out to be a Wonderful experience in the near by town of Chiusi. Short taxi ride - recommend IL Grillo e Buoncantore.

Staff were marvellous, friendly and extremely welcoming. Location is excellent. Hotel is beautiful and sitting infront of a roaring fire was lovely. Tavern resto was good, tremendous mixed grill!

The 'hot' breakfast was cold daily. Shame the facilities don't include a spa area. The bathrooms were dated and the toiletries basic.

Friendly staff, excellent dinner and very nice place.Amazing garden and pool.
