Fabulous location, a few blocks from the train station. Bus stop immediately in front of property. Great hub from which to visit surrounding towns (e.g., Chianciano Terme, Montepulciano, Orvieto, etc.). Staff was gracious; let me store my bag after checkout before I took the bus to San Casciano dei Bagni that evening. Good variety of options at breakfast: cornetto, cakes, pies, yogurt, fruit juice, and fresh coffee to order.

I was a last-minute reservation due to the train strike and received instant confirmation. I was warmly welcomed. It was a lovely room and very clean. The property is delightful and the breakfast very good. I was given a recommendation for a local restaurant and it was delicious. The property is located close to the local station and an easy walk.

It was a small Italian hotel. Nothing fancy. They speak little to no English. But are kind the continental breakfast was ok. But always served with a smile.

Very near to the railway station, comfortable and cozy place, very clean. Good to start going up to Chiusi The National Etruski Museum and beautiful garden near the museum with amazing toskanian view.

Everything was as it should be.

Staff great. Good secure location for bike. Clean.

Bed uncomfortably hard. Room felt a little damp. Probably should have used the “dry”’function on heat pump. Breakfast, except for the coffee, was well below expectations.

*The room is basic and a decent value for the nightly rate.*The dear woman who checked us in was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful! *This room worked great for dropping off our rental car after spending 5 days around the Tuscany area. It's close to Avis and other rental car agencies. *It's also just a short walk to the train station for our return to Rome.*Breakfast was nice! We enjoyed the warm croissants and Cappuccino served with kindness from the morning hostess!*It's a short walk to a really good restaurant that I can highly recommend: Season's Restaurant.

*The bed was on the firm side for us.

Great location with easy walk to catch our early train. Spotless, with friendly staff.

Location close to transport, nice big triple room as booked. Clean and nice bathroom. Friendly staff.

Bed was a bit hard but many people prefer that, however the pillows were flat as a pancake so slept restlessly and woke with a stiff neck.

The hotel is conveniently close to the station from where the buses take you to Montepulciano. It was my second time staying in this hotel. The room is simple, but it is clean and has everything you need, including air conditioning. The host is very polite and nice.

    It was all fine.

    10ElisaPosted on: 7-13-2024

The room was spacious, simple but well appointed and very clean. A great addition to the room was a kettle for tea/ coffe.

    It was perfect

Great location . Very clean . Comfortable.

    Breakfast was very little choice

    10AnnePosted on: 6-23-2024

I enjoyed my stay at La Rosetta and if I ever have to stay in Chiusi again, this is where I'll stay. Great quality for a small price. The hotel is quiet and clean. It's a local business and you'll get to know the whole family. Just be mindful of the times for the check in. I was going to be a little late, so they arranged an easy way for me to pick up the keys.

Patrizia, one of the receptionists, was the only helpful person in this lousy establishment.

I reserved the room many months in advance, and asked for a QUIET room. I was given a room next to the stairway, so I could hear everyone coming and going. The reception is completely disorganized: when I arrived in the late afternoon, the octogenarian owner has no idea about my reservation. The bathroom had a burned bulb, there was no power outlet near the table, so I had to place the kettle on a shelf, the blanket had long, dark hairs (I have short, light hair). The breakfast is mostly pre-packaged stuff such as toast and stale cakes. But the worst was the attitude of the owner's son, Claudio, who seeing me at the end of my stay, didn't even greet me, or asked how I liked my stay, but instead slammed the receipt on the table (I was having breakfast) and curtly said "2 euro cash". No "please", nor "thank you". And after my rating here, he messaged me the middle finger via WhatsApp! Unacceptable behavior from the host.

Great location. Super clean. Friendly and helpful staff

    10LjubicaPosted on: 5-6-2024

We had an Italian breakfast with excellent coffee, warm croissants were already waiting for us on the table. The accommodation is in a great location near the highway.

Nothing, everything was fine. The owners were very friendly and responsive.

Location, clean, silence and Claudio is adorable.

    It is absolutely perfect.

Family is very helpful and care about their guests. Rooms were small but adequate for our needs.

    Hard pillows.
