Life Hotel Seaview & Spa

This hotel has an unique location with a superb view on the sea and Conero's mountains, which makes it special even during winters ... and the private spa it's absolutely perfect for couples.

There is practically nothing to dislike, but for the first time in my life I would consider such a structure a 3*S with 10+ rating more than a 4* with a 9 rating ... maybe just because the rooms are a little bit small, and the breakfast is "just the same" every day and every time

the hotel is directly on the beach & our room had a great view of the beach. The breakfast was good with a a good selection, however the electonic light switches & airconditioning controls were confusing

Location and room was great. Very clean. Staff in the restaurant very friendly and helpful. The location of the beach ⛱️ is very nice and close to the hotel. Also the shops are at walking distance along with train station ?. Overall a very good hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was also very nice with options for vegetarian.

Restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner specially on Easter Sunday evening. No coffee or tea in room. No room service ?

Room outside of the hotel close to the entrance--> everybody can see inside (no intemacy if chutters not closed).Noisy due to railway.Dark, because chutters closed all day long.

the hotel was very nice and in front of the seaside, hotel was very nice and clean and breakfast was full and good.

it was on the depandance so need to go out for breakfast and spa.

Hotel building was relativly new. Rooms are large and light. The spa solution was interesting and worth trying. Spa treatments are nice. Walking distance from stazions nd city centre.

Breakfast was not working well. Some changes should be done. Some materials at the hotel cause problems. Beach area close to the hotel is not the most beautiful. Trains can be heard.

The control system for the lighting and AC.. it is touchscreen and doesn't work all the time..The room is small and the bathroom is literally in the room

The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially the two ladies serving breakfast. Always smiling and happy! And the breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic view of the ocean. The girls in reception were really nice and helpful, and sorted out a new room for me as I had trouble sleeping due to the noice of the trains. So I would recommend guests to book rooms on the side of the hotel facing the sea.

The only downfall was the closeness to the railway, which made it impossible to sleep in my first room, which was located at the back of the hotel. I was lucky to be given a new room, but I find it a bit odd that they have rooms so close to the railway.

Outside rooms were convenient.

Hotel/room was very close to railroad, lots of noise even during night time, Given wifi password didnt work.

Conditioned place to relax: hotel is right next to the railway and room located close to it is rather noisy.Pet tolerant but not recommendable for solo travellers with a pet as access to the buffet is denied unless one decides to skip breakfast or one is content with the food the staff will choose.It is recommendable to bring another person along who can stay with the pet while the other can go to the buffet. It all depends how much comfort the guest is ready to give up.Get used to be served last: Preference is given to couples and families.Solo travellers with pets are served last.

Room located by the railway. Open plan was ok but would prefer a door to separate living area from bathroom. Double shower is not practical at all esp when you need to shower a you g child

Perfect located with Beach (free & Paid) in front of Hotel. Really nice lungomare with lots of good Restaurants in a really nice Beach City.

Unfortunately no Pool. Drinks at the bar quite expensive and Breakfast very sweet Not one Single piece of vegetable available
