Big room, warm shower, tea in the room <3

The walls in the hotel are very thin - you can hear when people are talking. I needed to take my earphones and sleep with music.

Room was great, location excellent, I didn't used the breakfast because during my stay was not available. The Hotel run a seasonal service.

It was clean, the room was adequate. Nothing special. Easy location from Pisa Aiport.

There was no hot water for shower or sinks, no breakfast.

Super friendly staff, simple clean room, great restaurants and grocery store nearby.

I like the location and view. The staff was very nice, very friendly and helpfull, special thanks to Donatella. The breakfast was tasty, croissants were very very fresh. Everything is good.

Good location very close to sea (5min walk away), and was quiet and peaceful We were able to switch rooms and the 2nd room was a lot bigger more like a mini suite. Good price but was during winter so was very quiet

There was a mix up with our request for beds… so initially our room wasn’t right. But the night security guard helped get us a different room which was good of him to get fixed

The hotel is very clean and bright . The lady at reception was very friendly, professional and quick to respond when I rang to say that there was no hot water and when I asked if someone was locked out as there had been continuous banging on one of the doors. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and bright.

It’s a shame because it could be entirely avoided, but the cleaners who started very early in the morning were calling out instructions to each other from room to room at the top of their lungs with no regards to guests sleeping as it was the weekend and due to the banging on doors, I had also been woken several times. They then went on to have coffee in the empty room next to mine and have a very long and loud conversation about personal things - It went on for so long that I was forced to actually get up and ask them kindly to lower their voices which they did

Accommodation directly in the resort by the port, one street from the beach. Parking on the street, free in autumn and winter, probably charged in summer.Relatively large room, must be pleasant in the summer.Refrigerator in the room, adequate bathroom, well equipped.Large quite comfortable bed.

The couch was hard, you couldn't sit on it. It was strange, but we had a locked kitchen area. Maybe the end of the season.The table was very crowded, there was not much place to sit.Few plugs.Otherwise fine.

The hotel is located near the beach and offers a very peaceful and quiet stay. The rooms are big enough and comfortable enough.

It was a shame that they didn't serve breakfast at this time of the year (october). It's lacking in that department.

We were allowed to check it early after a long journey, which made a major difference in our stay. Helpful staff with great suggestions of where to go and what to see. A fantastic beginning to our first time in Italia!

Location Close to Pisa.. Breakfast was good. Large L shaped room with dining table.

Immediate area around the Marina and beach was very quiet. Advertised Secure parking had an extra charge. Otherwise parking on the street.Access from the carpark was a little un friendly and looked unkempt, even run down. Large room was uninspiring and dated but clean and fresh.

Great location! Just 1 minute walk from the beach. The single room was nice, comfy, and clean. The staff was very helpful.

I stay here often, location is amazing, staff are nice but the building and rooms are a bit outdated. But that is fine as the value for money is generally good.

Fantastic location near the beach. Very helpful staff. I had a problem with an incompatible plug for a laptop charger and the lady at the reception promptly provided the adapters (new) for no cost. Breakfast was decent for a vegetarian. Secure parking was available with advanced booking

The closed shower was very small but overall bathroom was spacious
