The hotel was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a bad day before and had to travel overnight to arrive on the expected date. The staff allowed us early check in and got some much needed rest. Definitely would stay again

The terrace has no furniture at all, nothing! I had nowhere to put a towel in the bathroom. I had nowhere to dry my bathing suit. Disappointing!

Passable

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was quite small for a 4 star hotel.As I was Asian there so during breakfast the staff came to me and asked me if I was staying there. She asked me 3 times in my 2 night stay.

The hotel is a few blocks away from the beach. The rooms are big and the staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is great for an excellent price.

Room did not seem properly cleaned and bathroom was also not properly cleaned.Way too much money for the room, which also was very noisy fog traffic from road. Would not return to this hotel

The men staff at the bar while breakfast was very pleasant.

The blonde woman at the reception was very unpleasant and awkward. There arent the chairs and table on the terrace. The knob for the balcony door wasnt working. We had flood everyday because everything is dripping in the toilet. The mattress were so old. You dont have where to hang your towel after showering.

Cleanliness shall be improved a lot: hair and body hair were found in the room and in the toiletWe booked that hotel because of the swimming pool, but we found out at arrival that the swimming pool was closed.

Location, parking, staff, breakfast, cleanliness of room and great shower.

Literally the only downside, but a big one. The beds. Goodness me they were terrible. I did see that in other reviews people said the same but it would put me off coming again and that’s such a disappointment as the rest of the place is great but you need to be able to comfortably sleep!

Not a 4 stars at all

Mattresses were old and consumed.Air conditioning wasn't working well.Breakfast was very basic and poor quality.Not a 4 stars at all.

Great location only 25 minutes from Pisa airport, this was a little overnight stay for us after travelling from lake Garda. Lovely hotel great staff and location only negative for me was the beds, so uncomfortable and probably the worst I have slept in.

Bit far from the centre. No water of tea and coffee in the room. Pool was not opened.

The receptionist was very friendly and kind. She gave us many helpful tips and tricks for things to do in the area.

The dining area was a disaster. Every table was occupied with dirty dishes, and not a single one was clean. I asked a staff member to clean a table so I could sit down. The table was cleaned very superficially, with crumbs left all over the table and the floor. The blonde woman, who seemed to be responsible for the cleaning, moved extremely slowly. She cleaned two or three tables and then stopped for no apparent reason. There were only six of us in the restaurant, yet everything was dirty.As for the food, it was very disappointing. There was only one type of salami and one type of cheese, and the bread was old. There were no vegetables, no croissants, nothing. The selection of food was very poor. I strongly recommend you skip this hotel and find another one. They are understaffed, and the few employees they have are very lazy( in the kitchen and restaurant area.)

Easy Parking, great staff, passable breakfast, short walk to town.

The hotel was perfectly adequate for my needs (quick overnight stay). Walking distance to the beach, parking onsite, flexible staff. I also appreciate that they had whole fruits for breakfast
