Hotel Biagi & Residence

It felt like cozy managed with care place. Location is super. Restaurant at the hotel exceeded expectations, homemade food, super good. Personnel was nice and attentive even with language bareer.

1) The coat hook behind the door unexpectedly fell from the wall on my foot. It was very heavy and my foot still hurts till now. 2) The parking issue. There is a long enough coast line and it was not possible to find a parking place around the hotel. I understand that there are no reserved parking places however it was a big stress for me to find a parking place. I had to park in a wrong place and wake up 5 am when party people left the place and park the car properly.

Location, 35 m to the beach. In front of hotel is free beach and also many private beaches what is very expencive. Hotel has some agreement with one private beach for 25 euros per day. Also parking is 5 euro per day. In front of hotel in blue zone just park the car amd on reception tell you registration number and pay in reception 5 euro per day. Breakfast also is nice and staf are very polate.

Good location. Friendly staff and very good breakfast (fresh fruit and omelets on demand).

Family hotel with a long tradition. Hosts are nice, personal approach…they work hard in their family business…and breakfast is perfect

Generally, hotel is quite old and just partially refurbished. Aircondition didn’t work, they still use the blanket on the beds, some equipment is really old so the comodity its not the best.

Beautiful modern property. Traditional way of looking after the guests. The hotel is celebrating it’s 100th birthday and deserves many more. Lovely family that own it.

The property is clean, well staffed and the breakfast was great with a variety of choices. The location is great with many restaurants nearby and Viareggio right next to it. Also only 30min to the leaning tower of Pisa.

Staff is super friendly. Room is quite big and comfortable. Breakfast is quite enough.

Not related with hotel, beach is quite good(water temp and sand) but at the time we were there sea was very wavy.

The location was the best on the boardwalk, the staff friendly, the place clean, the use of bikes was a huge bonus.

it is perfect location. you can see sunset easily. it’s beachfront. So quick to go to beach.

The room size for a family of four was inadequate, the shower was very small. The price for this type of room was completely out of standard.

Nice balconies right in front of the sea. Rooftop (common) has also got a great view (bring your sundowner).Free bikes to rent to move around along the bike path of the Versilia.Clean, comfortable, though essential. Good breakfast.The younger staff is great and helpful. Close by to an EV charger.

In the high season the street could be a little noisy if you sit on the balcony (rooftop is better).Keep in mind you will still have to pay for a private beach / umbrellas if you need it.One of the senior owners is at times a little rude, though I guess he doesn't realize.

The breakfast was amazing, had a great variety of all different foods The rooms are super modern The entire hotel has been recently renovated And it’s right on the beach the owners and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming Cannot wait to return for another visit!

Perfect location, just few steps from the beach. We got a very quiet room from the backyards side with a big terrace.You can get a discounted parking ticket at the reception (4€/day).

Location is perfect - just in front of the beaches and promenade with all bars and restaurants. Rooms are recently renovated, however the common areas are still waiting for their turn. The rooms are quite big and clean. There is even a separate section for wardrobe - very convenient. Bathroom is new and functional. Cheap parking in front of the hotel - only 4 Euro per day.

Staff hardly speaks English - that was our biggest issue. Breakfast is Italian style so I was missing some eggs, veggies, etc. Even plain Jogurt was sweetened.

Good choice of breakfast and staff always attentive and ready to please in all circumstances. Location is excellent for all amenities,. Looking forward to returning ASAP. Lovely roof terrace with beautiful views.
