Pros +
- This is a nice clean and in expensive property with a very nice breakfast. The staff and Owner are friendly and attentive.
- Breakfast had excellent choice, staff were super friendly and helpful - rooms were comfy and well air conditioned
- Easy to find. Because it was off-season, the street parking was easy. Quick two block walk to the beach, and several restaurants and bars. There was a mix-up with our reservation and no one was at the property when we arrived. We called the manager and he immediately came to solve the problem. He was obviously very sorry this happened. We really appreciated how hard he worked to make sure we had our room.
Cons -
- We liked everything. If you’re looking for large rooms on the beach this not it. But we could not have been happier with the value.
- The view
- the weather, it was too hot! :-)

No view from the window, but that's all. EVERYTHING else perfect. Very nice and tidy. Value for money. Highly recommended ??
The view
excellent breakfast, beatiful cakes, near the promenade.
the weather, it was too hot! :-)
Perfect location, very close to the free beach in Camaiore (which is also very clean!), on a quiet street with no traffic noise. Breakfast had everything you need & the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was quite firm. The bathroom and bedroom were spotlessly clean.
Everything was excellent
Good place close to the see. Clean rooms, safe parking for motorcycle on the street.
