Quite place, and convenient to my visit

Decent hotel clean rooms nice location,

Room: Yes, the room was clean, had a good bed, enough space, and good water shower pressure. However, the windows and balcony door lacked insect nets, allowing mosquitos in when the windows were open. We prefer not to use air conditioning, but it was available if needed.

Breakfast: We arrived 8:45 on a Saturday but fresh bread was missing and not restocked. The setup appeared sad and scattered, eggs were not offered, and the waitresses were at the bar checking their phones. Fresh orange juice was available at the bar but not offered unless requested.At checkout, there was no friendly attitude, and no questions were asked about our stay.

This little hotel is a gem! The marble throughout the downstairs area is gorgeous! The staff were extremely helpful, calling taxis for us, giving us recommendations, and making drinks! Breakfast was delicious, and had several options. The beach area is only a short walk away!

The rooms are on the tiny side, making it difficult to move around the room.

The front desk goes out of the way to make your stay the best it can be! They got us a rental car and scheduled taxis to the train station.

Room was small.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was immaculate. Parking was available. Breakfast was plentiful. We could walk to restaurants and the waterfront.

Staff is very polite and helpful, and they speak English. The hotel is clean and warm, breakfast is good.

Stayed overnight to move to La spezia early morning. The hotel is very clean and the receptionist who checked us late at night was very kind. Got a parking right outside the hotel. Breakfast was good and the lady at the coffee counter prepared us the best coffee we had in our vacation.

Rooms are a tad bit small. Nothing else to complain about.

Extremely helpful staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room! Coffee and eggs by order together with freshly pressed orange juice was a very surprising gesture. The breakfast buffet was generous without being overwhelming, and it has all you need (bread, spread, cereal, jam, pastry, toast, cheese, fresh fruits..etc) Very clean, very quiet area, well functioning air conditioning. Lots of restaurants nearby, from small pizzerias to Michelin recommended restaurants only a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Pro tip: book sun beds and umbrellas in advance! (Ask at the hotel before your stay, or use Google). We stayed there at the beginning of August, so the beaches wasn’t full, but there were still a few days we had difficulties of getting beds, especially during the weekend).Will certainly recommend this hotel!

Nice clean good sized room with sunny balcony. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Lovely breakfast. Parking on site great.

Excellent hotel, maybe one of the best in the area. The rooms were clean and spacy, personel was kind and ready to help in any situation, breakfast was very good.

Very very clean! Good value for money!The location is wow.. and the surrounding is more than wow! A small canal near with fishes, birds (even 2 swans!), turtles and even a beaver :))5 min walk to the nearest beach, a lot of restaurants in the area and 10 min walk from the pedestrian area..

Staff were very helpful. Room was a good size with efficient air conditioning. Set back from the seafront and very quite. Very clean.

Some noise from the bathroom next door.

The hotel felt new and clean, breakfast was good. Location quite central.

At arrival our shower did not work. The staff present only spoke Italian so it was difficult to discuss the issue. The shower was fixed within a few hours, however given the shortness of our stay it was quite inconvenient. The room itself was very very small.

Peaceful location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, great italian breakfast. No eggs or bacon, but if you're a fan of sweets and fruit, you're in for a treat. Got room with balcony, you can't see the ocean, but it's a really nice bonus place to relax and read a book. :)
