Front desk staff where excellent and recommended a lot of things to do as a couple and a family... They are friendly and engaging.

One restaurant with no room service... was a challenge to eat in the hotel as you have to book otherwise they wont serve you... when you have kids this is a problem, there should be either room service or the hotel guest get priority and some choices to eat.

The hotel is located in the zone of private villas, surrounded by beautiful old trees, so the area is very quiet. They have a big garden. The breakfast was always fresh, the staff were welcoming and always ready to help. There is enough place for parking which is free. The outdoor swimming pool looked very nice, but it was too cold to get into the water.

There is no noise protection, so every single move or word from a neighbouring room or from a balcony was heard. We had a room with a terrace and during one night it was raining, it was impossible to sleep because of the drumming noise from the drainpipe located just in front of the terrace. Another unpleasant surprise we had on the check out when we saw that that there is a fixed fee to charge an electric car, and nobody informed us about this. Paying EUR 25 to charge several percent of the battery is too much.

Im sorry to say that this property is not worthy outside of the warm season.The facility inside are very basic. I booked a junior suite which was way different from the picture with view on the parking, extremely cold floors and just not cosy.Nothing was opened beside the breakfast room.No bar, no restaurant. You are obliged to go out if you want anything.The pictures in booking.com are very much misleading and make you think the rate is balanced with the level of the property but it is way too expensive for what you get.We were hoping in the breakfast but we felt like in a 2 stars hotel, both for the facility and for the food offering, not to mention the impossibility to have a fresh cappuccino if not the one of those industrial machines.

Great hotel overall. Our entire family was staying for three nights, and we also had the suite. Stunning pool area, very pleasant rooms, excellent shower facilities, good breakfast. Had no idea that this was Gianluigi Buffon's hotel! All the memorabilia was just awesome.

My parents had issues with operating the TV, and given they're not tech savvy I totally understand them... not sure why it shouldn't be simple to just turn on the TV. But it's a really minor thing.

Friendly staff, nice room, very good breakfast and comfy bed.

The outdoor gym aka fitness pavilion contains mostly cardio machines. Additionally a bench with a small barbell and 2x 15kg plates, as well as a multi-machine (butterfly etc). Enough to keep you fit, but not for a sweet workout - even with vacation standards.

A small, comfortable hotel, great interior, I especially liked that there were many football paraphernalia. The rooms are large, the balcony, the pool area is small but cozy, great breakfast, especially great coffee. Helpful staff. The place with a car is convenient, as there is a large parking lot.

Comfortable bed, good working AC. Interior is nice. The room is cleaned several times a day. Not far (~450m) from the sea. Good breakfast with a view to a pool. Free parking area. Nice environment. Friendly staff spoke English.

Strange smell in the room. The room needs some renovation because you can see cracks in the ceiling, some parts in the bathroom are loose. Balcony and bathroom doors doesn’t open smoothly. It’s a 4 star hotel so I expected more quality.

The room was a good size and the pool area was a nice escape from the area or place to relax after our days out.

The room soundproofing was terrible. We could hear the conversations in the room next door to us and as we were next to the lift area we could hear people coming and going at all hours of the evening. The room also had ceiling damage and was falling down where the aircon vent was. Had dust/debris on the floor underneath it.

This hotel is a little boutique hotel located in a quiet area of private villas in a little town Massa (Roncha). Hotel is very new, modern and tastefully decorated. Nice pool and absolutely stunning territory: big green park with facilities to make sports, sunbath, play for kids and relax. We had a room with balcony overlooking the pool - room is nice and spacious. Breakfasts were good, nice to seat outdoors. In general you can feel like at your own villa, so relaxing. To the beach clubs you can go by foot about 15-20 min, or drive by car. Most of the beach clubs have their own parking and hotel have also its big parking. This is not Forte dei Marmi itself, to Forte you have to drive around 15 min.

Quiet, clean, cozy hotel. 2 convenient parkings with plenty of space. Breakfast from 8, with a take-away option, if you need to travel early. For football fans: this hotel belongs to the Buffon family, so you will find some interesting football memorabilia around the reception desk. The hotel offers food during the day (also during the siesta time) and evening and its quality is superb. It's 5 minute walk from the beach. The beach is paid, but it is worth it.

Small and cozy hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast, parking on site. A lot of activities on site, hotel area is very tidy and quite big. Although swimming pool is small, it's more than enough.

Great hotel, I visited more than once. The property is cosy, but spacious at the same time. Food is excellent and so is the service and staff. It is a quiet place with a beautiful garden and a small but romantic pool.

The hotel used to have city bikes for guests but it canceled the service.

Beautiful hotel in lovely area. Facilities outstanding and staff in bar/restaurant were excellent. We hope to return again when we can spend more time exploring the area.
